homemade atomizer bottom feed

I am using the Chalice
works well, but is expensive, so I decided to build me a atomizer bottom feed
it's just an idea I'm working on

it is very simple
take the cup of a ce2 (clearomizer with ceramic cup) with a piece of his tube


then an 510/ego adapter, and remove the positive pin (only the top)


make the resistance as the iatty or ody


and then assemble it all together
I used the o-ring to make it more stable and firm


in the end, you have to close the whole with a cone Ego
I do not have at home a cone Ego so I have not closed
but it works well


In video I used a Lavatube, as the first test because I was afraid that it did short-circuit


I put the images because they are clearer than my words

EDIT for pin
You can reuse the pin of the adapter 510/ego we had unscrewed
enlarging the hole, will fit into the cup
so now you can screw the cup

Well done cry! That is possibly the best system I have seen (production models included!) I can't wait to hear what you think of it when you get yourself an ego cone. I guess you could use one of the ego mega drip tips on the cone. Or fashion a DT adapter out of plastic/delrin.

I just tried it out. I am still looking for a few of the adapter's with the holes in them.

What size O-Ring did you use.

I'm sorry, I have a box where I throw all of them at random

Fantastic Cry! Does it feed like a dream? I bet it works awesome. This is such an elegant yet simple mod. I would not be surprised to see copycats... myself included
So it looks like no solder is used, is that right? Solder has been my worst enemy in building atties.

Got my shipping notice for the ERA which is coming first part of next week- can't wait!!
That said, I'll get pretty decent at making the wick and wire work, I suppose, then I'll want to revisit this thread and figure this out.

My problem is there are a lot of acronyms and parts that I just don't understand, so I'll have to go back through and read all of this and figure out what I need to get, etc. For instance, ce2, and Ego Adapter- I have no idea what these might be.

Yesterday I tried with cone ego works well
but it's really sad to see, and big

aspect the Phoneix so everything is more compact

Ordered a few Ego adapters, I got a bunch of old CE2's around here that will be going to good use.
