scubabatdan posted a link to NR wire cheap at twistedjewels.com. 0.999 Fine silver 30 gauge round for 50 cents/ft
I have ordered modding connectors from HG, and they took over a month to deliver. They are a good vendor but don't believe them on shipping times. I ordered 3 different things from china at the same time and they all got here before the connectors.

Got this is today and its perfect.
eGo-510 connector - Use eGo Mega atty and tank on your mod!
center pin screws in, and its unsealed to feed juice. Was able to open up the center pin so the tube of the CE3 can be pres fit nicely. This worked great with the CE3's stock coil and wick. In lieu of the proper o-ring I used some electrical tape to secure the neg wire. The only problem was the coil was 2.8Ω, so I ripped it out and made a new coil for it. Since I don't have the capacity to solder, I tried to use the tape for both the neg and pos. wires. I got it to fire, but honestly this was a mess and wouldn't hold up long term.

So, Cry, could you please find out the size o-rings you used for both the pos. wire and the larger one for the neg wire. Other than that, if anyone has any recommendations for securing the two wires without having to solder that would be awesome.

Oh, the Phoenix cap fits perfectly, but on my setup at least, the coil is quite close to the top, leaving the air hole in the cap below the cup and coil, Might have to seal that one and drill a new on closer to the coil.

How about the green gunk that grows if exposed to the elements?
What elements? Will you be storing yours outside?

@ cry

Very, very nice and the no soldering assembly is sweet and elegant. :thumb:

And for those who feel a ceramic atty cup adds to the experience the down tube could be blocked, and a side hole top cap could be used to make it a dripper.
