Vaptamist,,,,,If you are going to PIF a LT then send Zen the newer slant tops. We all know the original LT needs to use a ZAU but Zen would like a slant top LT to test the ZAP on it.
I have the right people working on a solution... time is the issue... these high risk accounts need a lot of time to go through the approval process.
My thought is, they will be available when they are available. Like the old saying goes...the wait is worth it!!
....but of course I'm still hawking my email for that house of hybrids notification!!![]()
good morning everyone.
congrats to the lucky winners.
question. I read a post about the battery being put in backwards. I tried it just for fun. I noticed that the device seems to hit a little harder when the battery is inserted like that. I wonder if it is because the screw makes stronger contact with the battery nipple while the flat part makes better contact with the screw inside in the top.
my question is this. If this totally safe? Are there any downsides to this? I would love for zen to chime in if he sees this. Maybe it is the same and I am crazy. That would actually make sense. thanks.
Last notice was the 10th and 11th but that may change due to the new situation.
Isn´t it 14 or 15th now?
Isn´t it 14 or 15th now?
I just want to say one more thing about the backwards battery so Zen doesn't chastize me.
As I stated in my last post, I only recommend you use the Zenesis the way Zen designed it and not modify it in any way.
However, you don't have to be scared to death about accidentally putting the battery in backwards and worrying about an explosion. That is part of what makes his design so safe.
That's the thing about the kick, even though you don't need it someone will still use it.
It's like putting a "HOT DON"T TOUCH" sign on something. Somebody will always touch.
Excuse my ignorence but what is a kick?
You can read about it here.

I really don't want this to be taken as a "criticism" or "demand" - as I see spirits are so volatile on this thread it's safer to smoke an analog in a distillery - but I am wondering if it would be possible that updates about product / site availability are put in a less noisy place, like for instance the "*Zen alerts*" thread in the group...
I have a faint suspicion that it wouldn't stop all those AYS people from badgering Zen~ with questions, but one could hope so and it certainly would make it easier for those who do not really want a 24/7 virtual life around this thread.
Thanks, and please do understand I'm not thinking I'm smarter than you all, and I understand that there might be a reason it's not already being done.
and THIS is not aimed at anybody...
Ob... it's called Bandwidth Bravery... With businesses that exist nearly ENTIRELY in a virtual realm, folks are often more prone to complain than to praise.
In retail... face to face... customers tend to be nicer to make sure they are treated well when they stop in for a return visit.
In virtual land, "tone" can be misconstrued, as I just did...
And when the tone is REAL...people do occasionally reserve the right to be nasty because you can't pick them out in a crowd later, and beat the snot out of them.
It really does bring out the worst in people.Limited availability of desirable products compounds the issue.
Yes I am this far back in the conversation. Id also like to add an important point. Ex smokers are prone to flying off the handle for the smallest things. Add the fact that they might be vaping on something that can not keep up and spending money non stop to fill a void. Its a bomb with a lit fuse just waiting to hit gun powder. I speak from exp.
Yes, I think it is time for everyone to sit back, relax, and get a grip on reality....
The Zenfidels who already own a Zen APV did not get one in the same second they set their heart on owning a Zenesis. They waited for 2+ months on average before the first Zens actually appeared on the scene. They were repeatedly warned by Zen to have patience, not to get antsy, and that the ownership of a Zen APV would happen at the soonest possible moment that it was feasible.
That mindset is still the number one thing a Zenesis owner needs. Zen is much closer to having the stock necessary to satisfy everyone's craving to buy a Zenesis, but unforeseen circumstances have slowed the process to get those APVs in the hands of new owners.
These circumstances are beyond his control and have popped up at the most inconvenient time. Rest assured that Zen is doing everything that is humanly possible to resolve these issues as quickly as possible so that you will be able to purchase the APV you desire. Driving him crazy will not help.
Sit back and relax for a while. Lack of patience, pestering, begging, and thousands of PMs will not speed up the resolution of the setbacks Zen has experienced lately.
The Number One requirement to be a Zenfidel is PATIENCE.
If you ever use a kick, put the battery in backwards then put the kick in, this will ease the removal and it will still work.
and thanks a bunch Zen for the contest and your contribution to the vaping community as a whole
