Zen - thank you for hosting this party. It was exciting, fun, hilarious, very messy, and exhausting, like a big mud wrestling match that went to the very end of days. I can remember crashing many games with too many users trying to log on at the same time... and this is with big companies that actually have lots of experience and know what to expect... hah right!
People would crowd the forums and just blame anything/body to vent their frustration - it's part of doing business sadly, and one of the hardest things for you because you are the creative thinker/producer part of this business -- making yourself also be the 'webmeister' is going to feel like cruel and unusual punishment during moments like this. I hope you put on your teflon armor for the evening to just let the crap slide right off.
I am sure that many here join me in giving you big hugs for bothering to do this at all.

OMG I didnt think it went through...... but I got a Standard!! The site kept hanging.... and then suddenly kicked me back to the main page and said my cart was empty....... I was so sad..... so I got up and while whimpering checked HoH and my order history..... and there it was....... my order!!! Im beyond stoked right now.....
Is there anyway those of us who spent 3.5-4 hours trying to get one device and came up with nothing be allowed to preorder for the next sale? I can send you a money order/personal check/bank wire but I am so disappointed right now.

I also got that funky message .. messed up my screen, and it turns out that things DID process and it was telling me that my cart was NOW empty. You should check your email. ya never know.
I called 1.37 minutes and I think I would have won if not for extenuating circumstances!
And Vicsan, don't worry, I don't really have a fat ...
I am so RELIEVED my suggestion for you to log out and log back in didn't ruin your chance of getting them! I would have been guilt-ridden for a LONG time! Happy you got them both!

I think we should all thank Zen for his hard work and frustrations. I've seen many rebuildables out there, but they are almost ALWAYS unobtainable. At least Zen is putting in alot of hard work and time to make these devices available to anyone that wants one...andddddddddddd, at an afordable price at that!
Yes, there have been issues with the cart. But that is because the demand is so great!!! New ventures always have their problems for sure. But Zen is definitely trying to make it work!
Frustrating day for sure for for alot of people. But I know if Zen wants to make it work, he will definately make it work. We all just have to give it time....
and with that let's all try to have patience.
