I was there when the sale started and been trying to get the cart to check out ever since then. Just got the last screen and entered my cc info........(I'm like yea).....shipping rates updated.......(I'm like what?).......no MINI Frustrating!

Is there anyway those of us who spent 3.5-4 hours trying to get one device and came up with nothing be allowed to preorder for the next sale? I can send you a money order/personal check/bank wire but I am so disappointed right now.

It's only two weeks away and hopefully glitches on the site will be fixed by then. The next sale should be better!

I think we should all thank Zen for his hard work and frustrations. I've seen many rebuildables out there, but they are almost ALWAYS unobtainable. At least Zen is putting in alot of hard work and time to make these devices available to anyone that wants one...andddddddddddd, at an afordable price at that!

Yes, there have been issues with the cart. But that is because the demand is so great!!! New ventures always have their problems for sure. But Zen is definitely trying to make it work!

Frustrating day for sure for for alot of people. But I know if Zen wants to make it work, he will definately make it work. We all just have to give it time....

and with that let's all try to have patience.

I tried to order for an 3 hours straight to buy the zenesis standard getting error messages repeatedly and finally got it to complete checkout and it came up with "no items in cart" and then out of stock. What a terrible experience. I am highly disappointed.

The only thing you can do is accept that things won´t always go your way. It´s the same thing with Trippys and everything else. There have been people and still are that have been trying to get what they want for more than six months and dozens of sales and are still trying, patience, I know it sucks.

There have been people and still are that have been trying to get what they want for more that a six months and dozens of sales and are still trying, patience, I know it sucks.

None of those other sales would take so much time and effort. I don't think I am making a huge request, the issue is probably documenting who it was that is the unfortunate zenless state like myself that burned almost 4 hours and way to much energy.

i agree that some people can be too harsh but the "poor zen" comments are a little much also. A lot of people spent a lot of time trying to get an item they wanted, not needed. Some got it some didnt. Thats life and im fine with that. A seller choose how to sell these items, made business decisions, and has to live with those choices. And he made money. Thats capitalism. Period, so please stop wit all the sorry feelings for zen or anyone else.

WOW. What a night. First, I want to thank Zen~ for all the hard work he did to designed and produced such an amazing PV. Give the man a break, please, after he had some tough time he delivered and some of us were lucky and got the must wanted PV on the market today. Second, congrats to all the new Zenfindels.

I've been in the pit for many a GG release. This is not uncommon for high end lower production PV's. Just saying
