Why is it always the newbies and the people that just come around the corner on this thread that ..... the most??????
I think Zen did really well all things considered... ya there were hiccups..
but the site didn't crash completely, which happens alot on the web when things get frickin hammered traffic wise.
It coulda been way worse.... orders still rolled... great job!!

Yes, they have and even more. They have been forced to be stopped and delayed by hours and we have been sitting and waiting and then again transferred to next day and we have been waiting and end up with nothing.
The older guys have already been jaded and beatdown in the past.. It's par for the course, and part of the PV game lol.
Gotta go to bed peeps! Congrats to all the new Zenfidels! So happy you all were able to get the Zenesis you wanted.

Well then maybe its my own naivety/lack of understanding. I expected this to last 10 minutes max and to either have one or not. It seemed like that was the general consensus, that this would be sold out in a matter of minutes. I think those knocking us who are frustrated need to try look at it another vantage point.
Maybe the solution is to re-evaluate how you wish to spend your time....I know I am after spending almost 4 hours trying to get beyond the "proceed to checkout" screen. I'm actually quite embarrassed to admit it though fortunatley I seldom make the same mistakes twice.....good luck on your future Zen quests.....

The man's Ecommerce was shut down for the last freakin' MONTH so he couldn't sell ANYTHING! You better believe we feel bad for him. He's done nothing but work his ... off for the last month trying to get to TONIGHT....only to have people come in here and **tch and complain that everything didn't go their way...perfectly.
And just for your INFORMATION....25 Zenfidels have been waiting since JANUARY for a Titanium Zenesis and their Z-ATTY! JANUARY....that's 5 MONTHS. You tried for 3 HOURS to get one. BIG WHOOP. If you don't like how this all went down, go buy a different PV.
With that, I'm done with you people. You come in here out of nowhere. You know NOTHING about zen~ and what he's been through and have the nerve to post this? Seriously?
Thinking I will order all the extra replacement stuff prior to the next sale, that way I only have to add one item to my cart and then work on the checkout process. Live and learn.
Wonder who the adminstrator is for 3d cart, cause they prolly received at least 1K emails from my white pages alone. I would hate to wake up to that inbox in a few hours.

I wanted one, didn't get one. But hey thats how it goes. Hopefully I will someday, but I'm not ...... or jaded by the experience. I could have totally cut out after the one hour mark and figured "oh well" but I didn't I tried till I got the out of stock notice. But that was my choice. I hope everyone that got one enjoys it and to those that didn't there are always the Z-attys
PS And I am new here and only just found this thread recently but haven't posted till tonight. I agree alot of noobs will get all .... hurt at the situation tonight but will learn that is the way the high demand product sales go. But we all need the noobs, because every noob helps our community grow. Remember we were all noobs once. (I still think I am too)

A couple of quick statistics for you...
In four hours... 37,169 page views...
At the peak of activity, 586 people were on the site... there were 70 PVs... And I added 12 more for a total of 82
I'm so sorry for the trouble people had trying to buy one.

i agree to an extent. we all choose to spend the time trying to get this item and we have to deal with the consequences. Of course i also believe the seller should have to deal with the consequences of his decisions. but you are not allowed to voice any frustration at poor seller man or u are a "dumb newbie"
