Luka the husky/shep/some kind of collie update:
well... she ate a picture frame and there is broken glass
she chewed through the paper shredder cord (not plugged in) and took her toe nails to it's mesh basket. she shredded paper and books
I called the vet. The assistant says it takes awhile for the xanax to kick in
funny, I don't remember it taking awhile to have any drug like that kick in 
. Needless to say, my trip to Seattle tomorrow is now cancelled.

WOW! This is the first I have heard about this, was this something that occurred during the midnight madness sale? Those that got a refund had to of known, at least I would, maybe because I don't have a huge bank acct and a swing of about $250+ would have been realized very quickly. This just sux, I can't imagine being able to sleep at night knowing that I had taken something that didn't belong to me, regardless of the circumstances. I really hope that these people step forward and stop being part of the today's mainstream with the feeling that they are entitled to something they didn't earn or sacrifice to receive. Come on......I really hope that those that are allowing this to happen just have so much $$ that they just didn't realize they were refunded. I also hope that the folks that I call friends here aren't part of those taken without giving. Regardless of what the reason may be for your getting a refund, once you received product then you should feel obligated to pay its price and want to make it right, I don't care if you had the money then and don't now, you should contact Mike and tell him you will make restitution. What the h3ll happened to morals and the need to do what is right?
Karma is a good friend to have, that whole situation is awful! I couldn't imagine, putting in all those man hours to make a product in high demand, smelling metal all day, time away from family, stress, and doing it not for free but at a loss, sorry Zen, I hope you get at least some of it back!
it was the sale before the midnight madness. It was before the whole new zen cart happened. perhaps it didn't how on the first bank statement folks got, so they need to go check the following month.

yeah, the old zen cart or paypal i think??? dunno. I wasn't around until just after, but I DO remember him posting folks needed to check their statements because there was an issue.

oh i thought that he said because of the midnight sale.. Perty sure it was.. Hopefully he will drop in and clear it up.. That CC company should be able to give the names for the trans numbers... then maybe he could give someone the names and we could try to place real names with screen names or something!

I haven't bought anything at all, minus the one Standard from a long long long time ago. It's not I. Besides, hubby would have whooped and hollered if extra money showed up in the account, and there's been no whooping or hollering for a long time now. (not since the electric company gave us 5 bucks back one time, last year. lol).
As far as chargebacks go, Mike himself sent a note telling me to send back the pv and get a chargeback from PP. Like hello, what is he thinking? I just wanted my long promised button before all hell broke lose with hospitals and Fda's. I was tired of the stress and tired of how stressed hubby was. A person can only wait so long with patience....
The way this issue is being handled is kinda ... sour. It's like a witch hunt. A nice reminder to check your bank statements would be sufficient I would think. A lot of good people out there are going to start feeling like trash, and they weren't even aware that their BS had risen.
Still curious about the forumula modders use to gauge how large of an air space is needed per size of battery. I can't seem to grasp this, and I'm not going to "just vape it" even if my button does finally work

Poor Tybin...not knowing what to do. I know mine is destructive. I don't think he's scared, just puppy. I hide things in my bathroom when I go to work. I pull all the chairs away from the table in the kitchen..LOL. I'm afraid that if I crate him, he'll completely lose it and hurt himself.Good luck with this.
Ok. I cleaned my switch, tank etc., changed juice and it looks great!! One small problem...it is flooding like crazy. Oddly, I'm getting a lot of vapor, but I have to work at it..LOL.

Good morning/afternoon everyone. Did a quick catch up and hate this is happening to Mike. I will check my statements but I'm sure if I had gotten a refund of any kind the wife would've told me(I never look at bank statements she handles it all). Can someone PM me the link to the details because if it wasn't the midnight madness it was before my time. Hope everyone is doing well, will try to check in later off to work again.
