As long as he has transaction numbers, he should be able to track down the people by calling Visa/AmEx/Discover. He can tell them they have his product and he never received payment for it. However, the whole ecig issue may be at play here too. I don't know.

I paid with a Money Order and I am wondering if I should do that again to ensure that what I pay will stay with Mike. I do not like this either. You guys know who you are. What comes around goes around and don't be surprised if you need a transmission or clutch in the next month or so....just after you spent Mikes money on something else!!!!

Good morning everyone! Looks like it was a quiet night.

I just read something on another board that has upset me somewhat. I was always under the impression that the $4000 that Mike lost was in Paypal limbo. But the truth is, that it is money that the credit card companies sent back to the purchasers...AFTER...Mike shipped out the Zen's. I don't know how I missed the specifics of this situation. Apparently only one person admitted to having been refunded the money, and that's it! That means all the others cheated him out of his hard earned dollars. That pisses me off!

It isn't too late for any of you who think you might have been one of the refund recipients. Check your statements again and send the man his money. And to those of you that know you got a refund, and chose to take the free Zenesis....shame on you!!! Karma is a b!tch. What goes around comes around, one way or another, sooner or later. Everything balances out in life. You'll see.

I'm sorry for the negative post so early in the day. I just hate cheats and liars with a passion.

Wouldn't he just need to contact whatever company he was using at that time for handling his CC transactions?

They would have been OK with ecig transactions at that time too, who knows what their policy is now though, but even if they change their policy it doesn't take their legal responsibility for offering the service Mike paid for, at the time of the charge backs.

I HATE owing anyone money.

I have a friend that calls me "even steven" (not my name btw) because sometimes two weeks after we go to dinner where we split the check, I will often hand him like three dollars. He will ask what it is for, and I will tell him he spent that much more than me on that dinner. He gets annoyed. I just cannot stand owing anyone any money.
