@Zen~
I have only 1 complaint. I took these bad boys to work, and the bottom cap now looks like a steel porcupine :D
I work in a machine shop, for anyone that didn't get that!
If I order more when they are in stock, any chance of getting some springs?

I hear ya, my current trade is a boilermaker so just ad grinding dust to the steel shavings lol, I had the magnet button upgrade in my SS GGTS and after 1 day at work I ripped out the magnets and threw a spring back in ;) This is the main reason for my getting a Z-Atty G, it'll be my work setup and my Zenesis Standard will be my home and car setup :)

#0016 has landed!!Really nice finish too!Its not matte like a P+ or as slick as the old P18650,just purty, shiny, grippy and smooth!I got it out of the mailbox yesterday on my way to work and gotta work tonite(bedtime shortly),dentist friday morning after work.
So I won't get to take time to try out my new standard till around midday tomorrow:(.But I haz zenesis!!It looks and feels great,If it vapes as good(even 3/4 as good)as it looks,It will be everything I hoped!

Okay, I'm trying to get Zen-ready for my Mini.

Planning on the Pila charger, four AW 18350 IMR's, 2 15 mm spacers so batts fit charger, a pocket Multimeter (roughly $10 - don't mind spending more but am told by several sources that the more expensive ones are difficult to use and I'm a noob with a multimeter). Then I realized I needed temporary back-up in case the Pila bites so thought about maybe the UltraFire WF-139 3.7 for emergency.

Would appreciate advice from you more knowledgeable folks - am I covered here? Missing anything? Improvement suggestions for this all important preparation?

Not pulling the trigger 'til you guys tell me if I've totally screwed up or not....

Oh, oops, also, I'd like to know what your suggestions are for safely carrying around extra batteries because of the lower mAH on the 18350's....

Thanks in advance, ya'll....

Looks pretty good. You might look at the Xtar 6 bay charger but the Ultrafire is pretty popular. A cheap multimeter is very useful, and if all you are doing is checking battery voltage or atties there is probably no reason to buy an expensive one.

yes sounds good and for the most part a tiny cheap meter will be great, they sell nice inexpensive battery cases, you'll prob have to get one for 18650's and 123's - but it'll give ya room for other stuff

where'd you find the magnets ?? did you find all the stuff in one place ?

Ok ill go back to my corner

I Want To Believe ... I really, really do.

I just reached for my Leaning Tower of Zen, grimmed it instead and watched in horror as it fell 28" (I measured) onto a fairly well padded rug ... cracking the Quartz tube.

It's a pretty crack, covers about half the tube, in kind of a "V" shape, I like V's, V's are nice, my last name starts with a V ... sigh.

I'm going back to bed now, I'll deal with all the hate mail later.

If the Quartz tanks can't survive a less than three foot fall onto carpet, I'm screwed. I drop my pv's onto concrete from heights of 15 feet or more. I call my SS Don the Brick Breaker. It took a fall from about 23 feet and when I picked it up it still vaped. I had to replace my carto and remove the busted connector from it but it worked with a new one... Cartos are about 70 cents.... how much is a replacement quartz? There was a large crack in the brick that it landed on....
