Mike, you said 4 weeks ago on the phone that you are finally going to ship our AYS`s and nothing yet... No notification about shipping, no tracking code

I have waited mine since you shipped all the other AYS`s. You dont answer any PM`s I have sent, nothing...

I dont know how hard it is for you to handle business, but I think normal policy is that when you pay about something you should also get something...

I like your products, I have one ZAG at the moment. But I dont like the way you handle everything else.

And I am not the only one who is pretty .........

I think that's a conversation best had on the phone, not posted in a forum on his supplier thread. The hoh website has his phone # posted right on there.

West of Rochester, I just closed on a 4000 sq ft Farm House built in 1820 that was completely updated in 2008, plus a 1850 sq ft workshop on 1.1 acres of land for under 150K ... a guy can't even get a GG Grant for that price...

Turning green, here! I'd be happy as a pig in s#!t with just the workshop!

Month or two is normal, but I`ve waited now over 4 months and Mike said that he shipped all AYS`s 6/1/12 and now it is 10/18/12.

How hard it is to ship one or in this case it is multiple devices when these are ready.

I have waited 3 months now before I came here and trying to get Mikes attention because he has not responce any messages...

one of the biggest reasons, is insurance...and Mike does not endorse it, therefore IF I recall, if something was ever to go wrong with it, it's now your problem and not his... only he can answer whether you voided any warrantee with him...

I check my wicks with a multi meter to ensure that they are properly oxydised so no real danger of shorting. Up to and including sticking the point of the probs into the wick.

And why not experiment ? Provided I take all the preventative measures I can. For me that is one of the fun things about geny's I know I can get a great vape just following the standard process or tinker and see if I can improve the experience for me.

Up to you what you want to do not making any recommendations just saying I am playing and thoroughly enjoying doing so.

I agree completely; Mike also says that he builds these for the safest result with the best performance without trading performance for safety. It may be less safe to have it out but it also may perform better. In my case I think it performs better with it out. I understand why it is there but I took it out to compare the two experiences. Most other genesis atomizer dont have insulators. I think it is more convenient to have it in when trying to get a short free coil but IMO if you can accomplish that with out it the performance increases.

sorry but I disagree....when you do this, YOU DO increase current draw therefore decreasing battery life...thats not increased performance, that's quite the opposite technically that's making it less efficient

I understand your frustration. It might work better if you calm down and ask nicely. I'm sure that would work better actually. If it were me, I would delete the pissy post and start over with a calmly written post. Something, like "Hi Mike. I know you're extremely busy and I understand delays. I've sent a couple of PMs but haven't heard from you regarding my AYS. I was wondering if you might not have received it. I also want to make sure that it wasn't lost somewhere, which I KNOW can happen with international shipping. Hope to hear from you. Thanks again for your wonderful work"

LOL i've waited longer.....AND recieved my items from mike....ordered a pair of ZAP's last winter, recieved them this summer....that is all...
you have to remember, shipping within the states, and shipping them overseas are 2 different ballgames....regardless, patience is a key...posting in anger, especially here, is a good way to get ignored totally, and possibly banned...

he gets hundreds of PM's every day....thats not including other forums, youtube, the HoH site, and personal emails....he's only one person, and you expect him to read and answer all those, do his real day job, AND work on all the HoH stuff? come on now, be realistic and you can't say that there was no response IF you had already called him not long ago....now you need patience...they could be stuck in customs for some time before you get them, anyways

Agreed, the saying is that you can catch more flies with honey than you can with vinegar. This is mostly true...unless you are trying to catch fruit flies, which are actually more attracted to vinegar...
