I vape 3 mils of juice in 35 mins today.
Talk about vaping into a coma. I drop my nic from 24mg to 8 mg and still get a BIG BUZZ
I did that yesterday too.

first...even Zen has said that the full flavor takes a little while to come through. check your wraps and make sure they are all glowing evenly (shorts). make sure your wick is not touching your center post or the tank bottom (also shorts). adjust the angle you're holding the device. vertical is tougher for the capillary action of your wick in the beginning. a little tip goes a long way. check the location of your vent hole (on cap). line it up over the wick= more vapor. opposite side of the wick= less vapor more TH.
go a watch Zen's coil wrapping video again @ Zenesis Coil Basics ... not that i think you should change your wick or coil... quite the contrary. listen to the things he says about shorts and setup. i'm sorry that i can't offer you more solutions, i am still waiting for my first APV. all of these tips that i have given you have come from Zen or other Zenfidels. i'm sure that they will also chime in to help you or correct me if i have given you any incorrect info. good luck! After you vape yourself into a coma, You'll find that your Zenesis is working well for you.

A properly prepared wick and coil won't have a metallic flavour for any period of time, you can just fill the tank and vape away if it's not shorting somewhere.

I vape mine with a short coil, it will have a metal taste for a little bit and most of the time the coil will just mellow out and taste good again.

sometimes pulling the cap and letting it get warm standing up and tipping upside down cenching the coils helps - try another charged batt.
