I hate flying I jumped out of too many perfectly nogood planes in my daY lol!! be safe safe return ob!

Thanks.

Hey. I just thought about something.

Itch the z-attys, how will these work with the VV mods? I am assuming you will have to set them based on the wraps and the ohms that you create. I am also assuming is you wrap for what will be like 3.0 that you will have more range than if you
Wrap for a lower ohm?

I know this is a basic question, but I have never owned a device where I did not have to use a atty.

Thanks.

I've been so swamped with the zenesis release I haven't been able to mix any juice... Stock is crazy low, and I'm not sure I will have time to get some mixing done before I ship... But I promise I will try!
You're probably sleeping, you are always sleeping..... slept all weekend, while we waited for you to process our payments, you snored away......:p

Sounds like you've been putting in some long days and nights. I'd expect nothing less : P
If you have some mixed up, I'd be willing to buy it. If not... I'll have my hands full of Zenesis history!
Either way, I'll be more than happy with what I open up.

Fixed!! REASON: Over use of the forbidden O word! :D

all I was asking is how ones uses the z-atty pro with a device that is a VV device. I had not really thought about it before, but now that I have lots of time to wait, I am thinking about things.

I would think that it's no different than the atty. You just have control over how many wraps you do with the coil and use your provari like you would for an atty at what ever Oword you wrapped coil for. I think that's how I'd see it anyways. Since I don't own a vv then I may be mistaken.

Well, let's explore...

A vv device is often current limited, so to get a range of settings, you need to start with a higher resistance coil than you would be able to get away with on a non regulated battery input.

So let's say we start with 10 coils, and it doesn't much matter what that resistance may be, it's over double the average of say, 4 coils.

With that load, you should be able to get a vv range of 3.3 v to about 4.7v or possibly even higher... The greater the load, the more resolution of settings you have available.

That being said, vv isn't required to get a great vaping experience, but if you're going to use it, that's the best way to do so. There is room to squeeze 8-10 wraps on the mesh in these attys, most genesis type lack that much real estate.

Since it does not matter much, will you have a recommended number of wraps that you are going to recommend for these? Is there any advantage or disadvantage to more or less wraps with these?

zen recommends 4 to start with, then try one less or one more from there...it all depends on what voltage you prefer to vape with.. I use 3.7 to 4.2v with most of my mods, and atm, the z-atty-g has 4 wraps 36ga nichrome in it, guessing its around 1.8 to 2 ohms........ two rebuildables I have...one has 3 wraps 36ga nichrome dual coils (reads 1.1 ohm on my provari), for 3.7v vaping, another one has 6 wraps of 32ga kanthal for 3.1 ohm vaping at 7.4v.. (those 2 arent z-atty's though too)

Really it's about customizing it to fit YOUR needs. There are some predictable outcomes - up to you to decide if they are "advantages":
~More wraps, cooler vapor (and vice versa).
~Fewer wraps, less resistance, quicker battery drain.
