Well, I knew it would happen sooner than later... it has been discovered that Fused Quartz is not tougher than stainless steel.

I have knocked one over... no breakage... dropped one... no breakage... and then intentionally dropped it at the correct angle to force the cap to drive into the quartz tank... it chipped and didn't break.

But I know that if I dropped it 100 times, which I didn't... the scenario could happen where it could break a certain small percentage of the time. It's glass... glass can break if metal hits it. Pyrex would break sooner.

So, this weekend I will machine up some polycarbonate tubing for tanks and make it available for folks that are prone to dropping things.

I will put the stainless tube BACK on the list of things to do and get them in out the next month for folks that vape juices that will damage the Polycarbonate.

It has become clear that options need to be available, so options will happen.

Van, shoot me a PM with your address so I don't have to look it up and I'll get a poly tank out to you tomorrow, or a replacement quartz one if you want to give that another try.

I hope these are clear and post OK.

Great pictures! Maybe the tolerances on some of our AFC Drip Tips are not the same? I guess there possibly may be variations in the cap hole.

This is one gorgeous APV! I have the Zenesis Standard.

For me, it's definitely not a pinky finger friendly button, but it works well using my ring finger and/or middle finger. It's weighty, but not too heavy. The air hole is very airy. The AFC makes it perfect for me. Just one full turn on the AFC and the hit is great!

I'm not getting too harsh hits right now. I dripped PG on the wick and burned it in and it was a killer for about the first hour, but it's MUCH better now. I can inhale without choking. ;)

I took the button off the bottom. Removed the screw just to find that little spacer (just out of curiosity)...found the spacer and the magnets flipped on me...took me a while to get those suckers apart so I could get the resistance back so I could put it back together. :) Now I know how it works. That's a good thing.

I'm using the AW IMR 2000mAh battery. There's a slight gap left after tightening the bottom button. The button screws down completely with the 1600mAh. That's the 0.7mm battery length difference between the two batteries.

The machining on mine is absolutely perfect. The threads thread like butter. The finish is flawless and does NOT show fingerprints, which I'm thankful for. The Fused Quartz Tank is finished nicely. The edges are finished on it. I cannot find any flaw at all on my Zenesis Standard.

I have been using the same battery since 11:00AM (it's now 1:50PM). It's still going strong with 3.7v left (just checked it with my Multimeter) and that's with pretty constant vaping.

OK... I'm getting frustrated here, and I have to ask for some help!

First, I need to say that lists are a pain in the back-side... The reason for this is that I have your screen name and order number on the list. I do not have your real names in almost every case.

When payment was made I asked for shipping info and everybody that paid with credit cards got that right... byt the Paypal stuff has become a nightmare to reconcile everything. Yes, many of you sent me shipping info, but if the order number wasnt put on the paypal info I can't match the two... but the bigger problem is that I can't easily search my PM inbox looking for the exact info I need...

SOOOOO... after spending two hours on this already today, I don't have enough information to ship a few of the PVs that are ready to roll... it's frustrating!

I am going to ask EVERYBODY ON THE FEBRUARY LIST that has not received a shipping notification to PLEASE send me ONE PM with your ORDER NUMBER and your SHIPPING ADDRESS, and that will HOPEFULLY make this easy enough to get this done.

Please send this PM even if you know that you already sent it prior to this.

This part of the process has been a nightmare!

Thanks everybody!

I thought a spacer was included in the kit for those batts, I know it was mentioned in an earlier post.

My guess is it's a hit or miss on the AFC DTs. Both of mine fit perfectly. For once, I got lucky. :) I LOVE that DT too. It works great. Like shai said before, there is a tendency for condensation to build up in it, so it needs to be blown out occasionally, but it works great otherwise.

Just wondering if anyone that has received their Zenesis is vaping Bobas Bounty in it?.... And if so, are you using the 400 mesh or the 325? Would like to know as I primarily use Bobas and other AVE juices. I'm sure other Zenfidels would like to know too :)

Boba's is VG so you will most likely need to go to the 325 mesh
