For those that are waiting for the video... I just finished with the PV assembly and I'm about to go edit... If all goes well it will be up by 1:30pm eastern time... I plan on doing a hack job of the editing... Just the facts... Lol

Whew. I just ordered two short T-tips and I find it relieving that they'll fit.

And if one fits from super T they all will... Their tolerances are the best in the business... On the tips I believe they are +.000 -.005 which means they should NEVER be over sized. Those guys have their act together.

I would be shocked if they don't... My tolerances on the hole are the exact opposit of theirs... +.005 - .000 which means if they are as far out as they allow, and so am I, then there will be .010 slop and plenty of room. If we are both dead on spec then they will just barely fit. But that's a fit in my book.
Thanks, I can hardly wait til march first so I can get the marchies rolling... I can't believe it took until february 40th to get the first batch out... March will go much smoother for the PVs... Things are looking like the attys may be behind however... I'll know soon.
Not quite Zenesis related, but I got my first rebuildable atty in yesterday (a Mark-T infinity), and I just tried putting a SS mesh wick on it (with kanthal), basically using the instructions in Scott's Line video, except cutting a small piece of the oxidized wick so it would fit... And wow! The flavor and throat hit on this is amazing - if this is close to what I'll end up with on a Zenesis I'm even more excited now!
After a hefty scrub, I got all the machine oil off. I'm fairly certain that the wick was contaminated as well so I washed and oxidized it. Four wraps and the lights came on! I wish I would have gotten more than one standard!
