The only blue county in Texas!
Pch...I absolutely love your attitude on this!! Never say die...."I'm gonna get it!" attitude! :D

We are gonna have to make a checklist on yours so we can remember what has been done so far....that way we can get it working!

Thanks! I'm so grateful to have all of you to help me! I hope to be the one helping other newbs before long!

Let's see - I followed Zen's instructions to the letter when I first got the Zini... juice, pulse, burn off juice, repeat. Checked for shorts... don't think I have any. Tried the light up the coils then tilt while still firing tip. Tried the light the coils on fire tip. Pulled the wick up a tiny bit from the bottom. Pushed a syringe tip through the coil opening. Thinned out original juice and have since tried 4 different juices of varying VG/PG levels. Um... I think that's it? I've tried every tip and trick I've read in these pages.

Jen, I never got back to the bash... How is your standard behaving now?

Better than before. But it seems to short if you just bump it funny, and you have to fiddle with the wires again. At one point I couldn't get that coil to light all around, so I wound a new one. Now I'm occasionally drinking juice and the vapor production is down again, but not harsh. (5 coils again)

That's a LOOOOOOONG freakin' flight. We flew to Hong Kong and I thought I would go nuts by the time we landed. That was long before the iPad, iPod and other technologies that can now entertain you though. :) I recommend a good book. A Kindle is even better. :) Good travels and safe landing! I hope you get your mini for the trip!

Don't forget you cleaned the battery contacts with alcohol and I think you sanded or buffed the battery ends and/or switch screw as well? I'm watching your situation with interest, even though I have nothing of helpful substance to contribute :)

Well, I will have my iPad charged and have two books on it....and will have my wife's Sony eReader (but I think I'll leave the pink case at home  ), and HOPE that will be enough battery life to get me through. I bought a micro bead neck pillow when I flew to Spain..so resting on that as long as possible (have a hard time sleeping on planes) and as often as possible will help make the flight go by faster.....did the same thing on the Spain flight.

Couldn't hardly move for a day after we landed in Madrid, then drove for two hours to Malpartida de Placensia.

Not sure what's gonna happen on this trip.....
Atlanta-> Detroit-> Seoul, Korea-> Beijing, CH-> Shenzhen, CH......then from there to where we will be staying...which hasn't been relayed to me yet!

Longest flight of my life:

Anchorage>Vegas>Dallas>Atlanta>Inchon Korea.

Two days in airport or on plane. Not to mention I lost a day for crossing the international date line. Funny thing is the flight from Atlanta flew straight over anchorage. I guess that what happens when you let the government book your tickets.

Ohhhhhh, those neck pillows are a MUST HAVE on an airplane. You should be good with the Sony eReader. I can read my Kindle for 5+ days without charging it, so you should be fine with that and the iPad. Just charge them any chance you can get! That's some major flight time you have coming!

Yeah...when I flew to Spain...I went from Atlanta to Miami then back across Atlanta on the way to Chicago then to Madrid. The dumbest part about that....some of the other guys were on a different plane at the same time I was on the way TO Miami....coming to Atlanta FROM Miami....WTF??

What sucks is I leave at 7:30AM on the 10th....Finally land in Shenzhen, China at 11:30pm on the 11th....but that's losing a day for time change. And then have to be up at 5AM on the 12th to report to the nuke plant.

You should try the "travel rest" travel pillow. I cannot fall asleep on any flight, but people swear by them.

I just order mesh from themeshcompany and it appears they that they always send a crapload of extra mesh sheets. They are definitely worth ordering from the UK!:thumb:

I ordered from them once...

I got a small sheet of what I needed and two sheets of something useless.

I spotted mention of Standards being available on the site by the end of the week, does that mean we're still on track for shipping Monday for the last of the Marchies?

It is probable that the eCommerce site will be live by Friday... When it goes live there will be Zenesis PVs listed for sale with the disclaimer "Please allow two weeks for delivery".

I'll post a Zen-Alert with updated scheduling of the Z-atty series later tonight.
