Well the good news is paypal got their pants sued off and now if memory serves they have 10 days with which to take the claim to the authority in the case of illicit activity or release the funds or return the funds to the sender but they cannot just hold the funds in limbo anymore.

Many ebay account holders haved experienced this sort of hostage taking.

paypalsucks.com for more info and complaints. This may help you find faster ways to resolve your issues zen. I know I dont always trust the vendors which got their accounts frozen but, quite often they have work arounds or fast tracks to solutions.

I would suggest informing patrons that they are purchasing a designer flashlight case and stainless steel battery holder with additional accessories.

It will comfortably fit 4 on the one side.
Not sure about accessories and what not on the other side, I didn't try it.
