exactly bro....the Heresey
Mike had a SW at vapercon that had a 510 connection. I wanted to get a pic to post but one certain guy wouldn't let me touch it once it was in his hands.....I will let you discern who that certain guy was.

What is the one in the middle?
Also. Regarding the anodizing. The base of the bat tube is raw, and the knurled part of the switch is also raw, it just has to make good contact there. Also inside switch, the spring makes contact with raw alum inside and that must be clean. It will fire as it should as long as those pieces/parts are clean. Back the switch off a micro turn (OK.. 1/8 of a turn) and the Cobalt will not fire. I like this, as I do not have to back it off so far as the mini/standard to prevent firing in a pocket.

both blues are cobalts...one just has an SS tank and full SS switch it looks like (different quality grade too I'm guessing?).. Zen~ said he was bringing 3 different quality grades (and priced accordingly too) with him to VC
I disagree - Here is what I just did after my wick and coil was no better than Zen's. Look at the battery tube - yes, the threads are anodized, but the bottom edge is clean - this is more than enough to make good contact with the switch. I took a fine file and made sure that was clean, then I flipped the battery, so that the nipple was down at the switch end. Bingo! Much better! I still gave this mod to my wife, as this thing is just to tiny to vape comfortably in my big meat hooks. She was the one nice enough to let me spend the money at VC and she is loving this thing, so she deserves to have it. It's vaping pretty nice nowI have the same dealeo with my cobalt. The original coil is out on mine now, put a hotter coil on it. But even then, I am not getting the heat I am used to... The switch seems to be OK, batts are fine and clean, all I can figure is it is all the mass of the thick wick. So gonna try a thinner wick here today. Just leave it thick going into the tank/wick hole, and thin the wick that is in the chamber... That thick wick does wick great!
ETA: So I took the coil off, cut the thick wick just a hair above the bottom of atomizer chamber, used a small phillips screwdriver shaft (~2mm thick) to round the wick after cutting, took a thin wick that I had from Mike, dropped it down into the thick wick center, coiled it up. Vaping like a champ now for meYMMV of course

The guy didn't buy it that way, he picked up a SS tank, already had the DT and screwed on a normal SS button and that was the result. Looks badazz huh....
Actually, that was my point. "The base of the bat tube is raw, and the knurled part of the switch is also raw, it just has to make good contact there." We agree.
yea I figured about the tank...didnt know about the switch...DT's? we all know they come with nada.. and mike did have 3 quality price points for the cobalts![]()

I agree Shai but the quality price points had to do with the quality of the finish not the material used to produce the APV. Some were slightly blemished, some were more than slightly blemished. There were some of the second grade cobalts that went fast that most would have to look really hard to find the blemish. Readmermaid got a second finish that Mike picked out for her, and it took me a few minutes just to find the slightly small blemish and it wasn't a scratch through the anodizing, it was more like a slight scuff on one part of the batt tube.....no one but her will ever know it's there and unless she is trying to look for it, she won't see it. That's not to say that all of the second finish cobalts looked this good and there were some third finish cobalts that were pretty rough.![]()

So, what were the different price points? Figure it had to do with the quality, fit and finish. So the price of the new products were?
Cobalt grade 1-$249 grade 2-? grade 3-?
Blue Line-?
Sidewinder-$280
zenjector $49
MFA-?
MFA mini-?
Hersey-?
??-$?
Thanks in advance.

the Blue Line was NOT for sale... Annie won "it" in a contest from this thread, and you had to be at VC...the Heresey, there was only the prototype...If I recall, the MFA's were only in one size....
i thought there were 4 or 5 blue lines to be sold. the first was the only free one.
