Well I'm glad I actually did it. Thanks for all the Kind words, and a big thanks to Cozzicon AND Brad for staying on topic and trying to get to the bottom of this dangerous debacle. We didn't, clearly, but given the PMs I am getting from vendors to test their nic, I think this was a great day for all of us. Everything changes now, and for the better. I have to be up at 5, so I will try to catch up here tomorrow. Work...what a concept. We ALL did good this last 24 hours. Thanks to everyone.

I agree that was painful--just wow. Nice job Kurt and thanks everyone that brought this info to our attention.
It was almost as if Brad believed just his presence and calling himself the CEO dozens of times was suppose to impress us into not demanding answers. I like phrases like our production facilities. I wish someone would have asked where and what was involved with that. More about how the base comes in and who is mixing it. Is it him in his garage with the doors open? He would have just deflected the question anyway.
Forums like ECF do help police the e-cig vendors/industry. This was a great example. A problem was brought to the forum's attention, someone listened and even better did something about it. The fanboy/girl mentality sometimes works against us when people don't feel free to complain. What would have happened had a newbie DIYer gotten that 270 mg bottle? Scary stuff.
That was one clueless CEO.
I agree to a point. He is a person running a small business in an industry that is regulated by us, really. He should have addressed the issue in the begining, but who knows what he saw from his end? I wish that he never had this issue, that no one ever received super high nic, but it happened and he just had the unluck of being the cautionary tale we will tell. Hopefully he can act with honor and restore safety to his product and perhaps save his reputation, but time will tell. Now I hope that all vendors will take it seriously and test their product before sending it out to us.I think what Brad was saying awkwardly was that he bears legal responsibility and he's been instructed not to say too much. And maybe we should understand that and cut him a little Slack. I too was irritated by his vagueness, until I thought about it.
