It was much easier for me than I thought it was going to be. I smoked 1.5 to 2 packs a day for about 16 years, never made any progress trying to quit with other methods. I couldn't even get through a half day without lighting up those times i "tried to quit." When i started vaping I expected a difficult transition, but that was not the case at all. It took be about 2 to 3 weeks to fully transition, for me is was about the juice. Once I got a juice that I really loved, and stopped fumbling with pre-filled cartos and whatnot, I was completely satisfied. So much so, that I lit up later that same night that the juices arrived, and that cigarette tasted so disgusting compared to the awesome juice I was vaping that day, so i put it out, tossed the rest of the pack, and haven't smoked since! (6.5 months ago!)
