I've dropped a good deal of money into diy mixing as it's become a hobby. Everyone has their preferences but, my suggestions for supplies are listed below along with my mixing ratios. With these suppliers, you can mix a 30 ml for $2.21

Mixing ratios:

40/60.PG./.VG.This mixture provides flavor and vapor density without a harsh hit. All of the benefits, no draw backs..

Flavor:

Fruits 5-20%
tobacco 2%
Creams 10-15%
Chocolate 12%
Candies 5-20%
Menthol 1-2%

Blends from these suppliers only take a few hrs to steep vs days-weeks. Steeping can be supplanted by placing your mix in the window for direct sunlight, although if you're not using light sensitive glass, nicotine may break down with heat treat steeping..

Isn't it wonderful? Can't believe how really cheap this can be done. My mixes, maybe only me likes them but that's ok because I am the only one that matters. I do prefer the Vaping Zone gourmet and super concentrated flavors. You use so much less that I feel like it is more economical. Drops -vs- mls. Happy mixing to us.

You sometimes sacrifice flavor and quality when you buy run of the mill flavoring and cheap quality NIC, PG and VG. I use top shelf base and flavorings from hangsen and inawera and although I may spend a little more for them the difference in flavor, quality and consistancy is huge. And at that I average $3 to 3.50 per 30ml so the savings is still substantial but the quality is high. The saying goes you get what you pay for.

Dan Dennett would refer to this as a "deepity". Anybody who ponders its meaning for more than a few seconds knows that it is essentially false and misleading.
It is true that if you pay for a gallon of PG, you probably won't get a gallon of gasoline. But, paying more for stuff does not guarantee you will get better quality stuff.

Naturally, we all have our favorite suppliers I find that the above listed are fairly economical, no need for bulk orders, shipping and packaging are up to par, flexible options, and consistent results for the product. Again, just my opinion
