I ordered 2 complete starter sets on 6/3. Finally received on 7/10. Problem now though, is that 1 battery didn't work when I got the stuff, now another battery not working, 1 atomizer died, another atomizer only gets lukewarm, and one of the usb chargers won't work. This sucks because customer service won't acknowledge my emails, and I can't even buy the replacement parts. You would think that they would try to at least keep their current customers happy and maybe just hold off on starter kit orders and at least let current blu customers order replacements for defective merchandise.
Hindsight being 20/20 and all, if I had it to do over I would have went elsewhere. Also, the cartridges for blu are either filled with very weak liquid or not much liquid at all. I get a good 10 hits out of them and thats it. After that I get another 10 or so with no flavor/hit or burnt flavor, then nothing. That's not to mention the battery life.
