How long it take you to get blu?

I had sent Jason an email too, but didn't get any "I'll bump up your order" message, so now people who have ordered a week after me are getting theirs shipped?

I wasn't going to cancel, but this is BS. I think I might cancel now...

Did you get any email back from Jason Healy at all??? Also, the USPS tracking website has been down all day, so I haven't been able to tell if anything was actually shipped. It may have been just a ploy to shut people up and prevent them from cancelling.

I must say that in the time i"ve waited for this thing, out of desperation, i went to my local smokeshop and picked up a smoke-51. Not what I was hoping for at all...50/50 at best. came w/ 2 batts, 2 6mg carts and a wall charger. total cost 70 bucks (i know i could've got a hugely better deal on anything else online but hey, price of convenience right?) All this because I'm stubborn and had to have me a purty blu. The performance of said 51 sucks to say the least so whatever i get out of the box from blu hopefully can't be any worse, just as long as my pocket doesn't catch on fire :)

Sent an email to Jason explaining my frustration with the whole situation. I also explained how I found out about Blu and came to order from one of my friends (all of which was true).

Got a very quick and polite email back apologizing for the whole situation and telling me that my order would ship today. I was skeptical until I saw the status change to "Shipped" on my account. I was still skeptical when the USPS tracking number didn't work on the USPS website. Just checked my tracking number and it says that it is at the Charlotte, NC Postal Facility shipping with USPS Priority.

All of the above happened within 24 hours.

"Your item was processed through and left our CHARLOTTE, NC 28228 facility on July 22, 2009. The item is currently in transit to the destination. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later."

Hello all,
mine is finally in hawaii!!! now i just got to check my mailbox 3 times a day until it appears!! i cant wait, i love my 510 but hell, ive been waiting for this thing for a long time you kno>>! usps says it was sent on the 21st and arrived in hawaii on the 23.....so today or tomorrow!!!! wooohoooo

I just checked USPS website, The package did ship and already is at my local post office. It wasn't a ploy. Maybe Blucig is back in action and has gotten their sh** back together?

I ordered 2 complete starter sets on 6/3. Finally received on 7/10. Problem now though, is that 1 battery didn't work when I got the stuff, now another battery not working, 1 atomizer died, another atomizer only gets lukewarm, and one of the usb chargers won't work. This sucks because customer service won't acknowledge my emails, and I can't even buy the replacement parts. You would think that they would try to at least keep their current customers happy and maybe just hold off on starter kit orders and at least let current blu customers order replacements for defective merchandise.
Hindsight being 20/20 and all, if I had it to do over I would have went elsewhere. Also, the cartridges for blu are either filled with very weak liquid or not much liquid at all. I get a good 10 hits out of them and thats it. After that I get another 10 or so with no flavor/hit or burnt flavor, then nothing. That's not to mention the battery life.
