I get 3 days average, sometimes more from a Boge carto on my Provari. If I use a Smoktech DCT carto tank, the carto can last weeks. juice is critical. If it's clear and thin, you get long life. Thick and/or dark juices will kill the carto quickly by stopping up the fibers.
I get about 7 days with clear juice, 5 with darker ones. I have 6 tanks in rotation and typically change 3 out every 5 days to keep things fresh. I have been fortunate to get longer and generally wait for the tight draw...you will realize what is happening after it occurs a few times.
Thanks, the reason I ask is Im currently using cartos on my Reo. Ive tried all kinds/brands on it and I love them all, only thing is they dont last very long before they start tasting bad. Im talking 3 days max. I always keep them wet but no matter how much I baby them, they still start tasting nasty.
Ive always wanted to try the Provari, but I dont want to have to deal with the relatively short carto life when combined with a tank system. I really dont want to have to swap out a nasty carto with a full tank of juice. It seems like it would be a big mess.
I know it all depends on juice, I only use VG. As much as I want to try a Provari, I have concerns about the convenience factor.
Weeks. I'll clean the cart, generally, after vaping most of a tankful, let dry thoroughly, then refill. Don't find much of an appreciable difference, personally, between thick dark juices and lighter thinner ones, longevity-wise.
