I've been vaping for 13 days, and still smoking 2 or 3 analogs a day, but today was the very first day I didn't have a single one. They were in my pocket all day, and once I even pulled the pack out, just out of habit, but as soon as I saw it I realized that I did want some nicotine, but I did NOT want a cigarette. I wanted to vape. :D

Because there are just two of us who work in our office, and both were smokers, we have always smoked in there, but it hasn't really been a problem to vape instead even with my boss smoking. I do think it'll smell much nicer there now that his kr8 came in the mail today. :)

I know it's only one day, but it's pretty damn cool that because I've started vaping, I could go an entire day without a cigarette and not mind in the least. Only once in the last 20 years have I gone a whole day without a cigarette, and let me tell you, I MINDED, lol. Really, vaping is such a fabulous option, I am so happy that I decided to give it a try, and happy that there is a forum here with so many people who are so helpful and encouraging. :)

Two months and 1 week! I love it! Got my brother into it, he is now clean!! He has been vaping for 3 weeks!

I just sent the info to 3 other people I know who still smoke those icky really cigarettes. They are all coming here to learn the ways!!!

You guys are great and I feel terrific. I am now down to 0% nicotine and just enjoy vaping!!!! Yipppeee!

They can test me for my health insurance soon and lower my costs due to zero nicotine in my sytem and also my life insurance!!!!

Day 2. I'm not without some cravings, but it's pretty managable, and can in no way compare to patches or gum which were totally ineffective. Never thought I would see the day. From 2 1/2 packs to zero overnight. I was smoking in the womb. Raised in a house of smokers. Had my first cig at 10. 56 years + 9 months of smoke.

How or where can I find one of those fancy sigs that track how many days, how much saved, how many analogs avoided? I love those things! What a great way to reinforce quitting tobacco! Is there a froum here to learn how to add that to a sig here?

Congrats, I got my sig here: Electronic Cigarette Savings Banner Tool - Smoke Without Fire
Choose advanced options to change to dollars and such and copy the BB code to your sig. Go Jets!
