How many people have you 'converted' from analogs to digitals?

Two, and another two are pending. What I need to figure out, to recommend to these two, is something small and light to put on an ego that lets delicate flavours like peach taste great . . . while driving. I've personally had a very, very hard time finding anything other than dripping that works for me. Unfortunately, dripping is out for these two. Dito with anything as expensive as a Reo Mini. Is there a thread somewhere where more experienced vapers talk about what the people they have "converted" have really liked?

Well, I haven't even finished converting *myself* yet. And I keep 1-2 clean "guest tips" with me in my kit, so that I can let people I meet in "smoking areas" get a vape.

But even though advanced folks use eG0's or clones or mods, I have found I get *immediate* positive feedback if I let someone try an automatic 78 MM Smokeless Image Volt with a Bloog carto with some kind of tobacco flavor.

The vaping doesn't vary because the voltage doesn't vary. The Bloog is very slightly lower resistance than the Volt cartos from what I read (and experience) -- so (3.6 * 3.6)/ 2.4 = 5.4 watts, vs same/2.6 = 4.98 watts.

I prefer manuals already after only 2 months but newbies don't want to worry about burning a carto by pushing a button at the wrong moment.

I also find that although I'm happy to vape a manual on a long freeway drive (I don't smoke in my new car!) that in traffic I really want an automatic -- it's like a cigarette that won't burn the carpet if I drop it, or stink up the car. (The car is *not* an automatic, so SOMETHING needs to be!)

So I've ordered a self-designed Volt+Bloog kit for my sister and crossing my fingers.....she has at least expressed interest.

I set up a rule in my office. Vaping is approved. Last time i was always going crazy when people are missing from their workplace and the reason is " i went for 10minutes break to smoke". Since i approve that they can vape in the office.. i converted around 15 people to vaping.. Is like forcing but is good for them.. lol

Hey All.

Tried with an ex to get him to quit, and for awhile he was doing okay. Then he lost one ecig, another burnt out and he wasn't smart enough to know that he had to research what to move onto from there. So he went back to the cigs.

Mr. Boyfriend now has mostly quit. He's having some issues with his Ego-C, and an advanced model-- all the battery lives are going downhill quick. So he's looking into Provari when he can afford it.

So except for the rare cigarette when he's too twitchy about all his ecigs being dead, he's pretty much quit.

Malty Toffee smells SO much better! And I love that he can smoke in the car or house, though this means, of course, that he's perpetually vaping which is also a condition of the less than stellar ecig, but hey-- beats analogs!

Yeah TJ...
I think that " attraction rather than promotion" stuff works best. First learned about it from a friend of Bill's. ;)

Got the spouse into vaping using that method.
Keep coming back
Bullette says woof!

I too am friends of this Bill guy. Well I used to be, I don't really go to his conferences anymore. I was lucky and got what I needed, when I needed it, and it stuck for some reason.

Most are curious as mentioned. I don't typically "sell" it on them. But when I vape outdoors, it draws attention and I talk. One guy has a pair of ego setups I was gonna toss since they have outlived their "usefulness" in not being as long of a charge life. But they still hold for a shirt time. He's intrigued. It's up to him and those that try.

I tries to sell once. But I get the reaction that one typically gets when a mom smoker tries to get a smoker to kick the habit.

I'm so ready to start converting people as I'm absolutely amazed by how painless the switch was for me. I'm going to wait a month though so people understand that it's not just a fluke.

I will recommend the Firebird(Pheonix) bottom coil tanks and the eGo twists until I run out of breath. There's just no cheaper and better way to get into the game.

I don't actively promote it. I figure that I didn't quit smoking until I was darned good and ready, so why should anyone else? They will come on over when they've had enough of the health problems, stink, cost and general misery that comes with smoking. Each one has to decide on his or her own time.

Well put my friend...

Lets see, at work, the LT, several sgts. and a few CO's. Now they are looking at the feisability of allowing PV's into the prison I work at (Non smoking) since they DO allow chew. My smart alec'd little mouth actually stood me in good stead there. One of the LT's said, "Well if they get ahold of one of the batteries, they could use it in a Tattoo gun!!!" (This was in reference to my Reo Mini) I pointed out they should leave the 14500's laying AROUND, them little hummers would KILL a tattoo gun quicker than greased lightening. Them there con's are counting on regular AA's! Got a laugh and a maybe!!!
