22 Years @ Pack 1/2 - 2 packs a day. Been smoke free for months now, vaping 6mg and 0mg now. Ready to let go the vape too.

I noticed at the 3 month mark my desire to have a cigarette when I first wake up is completely gone. I'll wait 4 hours now before my first vape.

And they say this is not a smoking cessation device? LOL Whatever!

Started at 21 due to peer pressure at work and I am currently 53. Smoked my last one on Dec. 23 when I received my Blu cigs. I find that now that I really haven't missed smoking analogs at all. E-cigs are simply amazing and my family and friends are amazed that I would quit, still don't believe it myself.

I started smoking at 19 and will be 60 in January 2010. I had to force myself to like it and get used to it. All my friends smoked, so I did too.

I certainly regret the 41 years it took me to stop smoking cigarettes and it did take a heavy toll on my health, but hopefully things will not get any worse from here on in.

Way to Go!
