How much did you used to spend on analogs?

1 1/2 pad in NJ ran me about $10, $300 a month, makes it easy to rationalize buying
a mod I don't need. My first pack was about $0.35

A fello mass res. ya I remember when we were all .....ing about them going up to $5 from $3.50. You could still get them in nh for like $13 a carton in the mid 90's

Ya i remember $7.50 /pack in the 90's and under $5 in the 80's.

But when i was paying $13/pack or $395/ month thats nuts.

And our dollar is higher then the US right now so thats over $13/pack USD.

I doubt there is a state that charges that much, its criminal up here.

Haven't saved a dime...packs were 2.00...at the reservation whatever i did save in cigs went 5x that for STUFF

Well- when I quit in June 2010 I think cigs were at $5.50 a pack here in Michigan.

So I'm saving $16.50 to $20 a day.

Boy that was a lot of money.

I smoke Senecas now for 2$ a pack. I used to smoke Newport's at 6 a pack. I smoke about half a pack a day. I can't wait for my ecig so I can say I don't smoke at all. If my math is correct, a 30ml bottle makes about 200 "CIGS" and the bottle is 14 dollars that's 1.40 a pack. 70 cents a day isn't bad. 210 dollars a year for yummy nicotine and better health, I love the idea

I spent 6 bucks a day for a pack of smokes and around $200 once every 4 to 6 weeks for a box of cigars.

I haven't quit... *ducks* But $7.50/pack in NJ and I was about a pack a day. Now some days I don't have any, and some days I might have half a pack... Rare days I might smoke a whole pack. I still buy a pack most days, a routine I guess. My truck is overflowing with cigarette packs on the dash and in the glovebox, so I guess it's good I'm not smoking anywhere near what I used to. If I ever get my act together and decide to quit, it shouldn't be too hard now that I'm vaping.

On a side note, NJ is considering lowering cigarette taxes due to lost revenue from when the hiked the tax about $1/pack last year. That speaks volumes.

Was paying around $60.00 for a carton of Basic 100's including sales tax. At 2 PAD, works out to 12.00 a day or around $360.00 per month, except February, LOL.

I figure I'm saving a couple hundred dollars a month vaping.

I smoked 3 packs a day Winston ultra light 100, $40 a carton here so it was about $360 a month. I'm about to pull ahead on cost, made some uneducated first purchases before I found this site.

I made my own cigs from bulk tobacco and tubes, Cost was about $10.00-12.00 dollars a carton and would smoke about 1 1/2 PAD. My wife, who hasn't started vaping yet, pays about $37.00 for a carton of cigs, and that last her a little over a week.

A pack a day at 7.50 on average would equal out to: 225 a month on what I spent on cigarettes. My startup for e-cigs would be about the same but I'm sure that's gonna drop in the upcoming months.

Wifey and I were spending a little over $300 a month between us. I've been smoke free for almost three weeks now, from 1.5 to 2 PAD, and she's down from a PAD to about two or three packs a week.
I need to get her some more 510 batteries, and find a juice she likes enough to go completely electronic.
