I love my Screwdriver, so I don't want or need any other device for now. Next purchase is $35 for an EVO for backup in case something happens to the SD. I think of the EVO as insurance...

I must of spent $400 to $500 so far, but have lots and lots of juice. Since they was taking 36 mg off the market, I thought it woud be good to stock pile lots.
I've spent many many hours researching stuff on ecigs though, mostly the juice and nicotine stuff. And I also got to domain names, related to ecigs and had to buy some gear.
I see it as a investment, not a matter if you want to get the stuff or not. As we can start vapin pretty cheap, it's a matter of if you can wait. And take a risk of not getting the stuff, it would take only one raid on a ecig store, and things would start drying up fast then.

I just started a few weeks ago and have a little over $200 in at the moment...Bought a 510 and then a spare 510 kit and lots of juice. Thinking about buying a Janty stick at the end of the month.
I have spent close to $500 so far and will probably spend more. I have a joye510, janty kissbox and a 401(forgot which one it is). I've bought most my 'stash' from Heaven Gifts, so it's fairly cheap. I will be buying another joye510 soon, it's my total favorite. Now...all this sounds like a lot of money, but her in NY cigarettes cost $7 per pack, and I was smoking 1 1/2 packs a day sometimes 2 packs. Grand total of over 300 per month! So....now that I've got my ecigs I should be spending 50-100 per month. Even if it were the same price, the health benifits would be worth it for me!
When compared to the ridiculous prices in some areas, vaping is still really cheap even if you go crazy with stockpiling and experimenting.

Wow! Look at May. I spent a ton trying to find the "perfect" set up. Luckily, I think I've found an affordable and satisfying routine now.
It will be awhile until I break even, if you measure it against the cost of packs of cigarettes, but it was still cheaper than my health insurance premiums (yep, even May's couldn't top it) and I know I get more value from the investment in e-cigs. Plus, I think the true "cost" of my former smoking habits, remains to be seen.
I wonder if this pattern of spending is common.

Nice spreadsheet. Not sure what is happening with everyone, other than perhaps they are doing a lot of experimenting and wasting a lot of cash nnedlessly, but I look to come out WAY ahead of my 2 pack-a-day analog habit. I'm lookng at saving about 150 a month. We shall see......
You've got to remember, Fresh, that the less you smoked analogs the longer it will take to recoup the initial cost.
Without a doubt. And this is why it is such a great, life changing thing for a guy like me. Been smoking for 20 years, 2 packs a day for the last several years. And now I am virtually analog free (slip one in here and there still, but those urges are less and less frequent)

Just called Cigana and got the free 14day trial. Well it is $9.95 USD for shipping/processing, but if not satisfied in 14 days, send it back and they will refund the money. Hope this is my first step to a smoke free and non smelling future!!!
Well just an FYI I visited the Cigana website and it is as overpriced as anything I have seen. do yourself a favor and shop around for suppliers who aren't going to charge you $100 for a $40 dollar kit.
MaryJo - I actually have 10 separte units of the 510. I am a compulsive buyer. I want to be ready if they ban ecigs. I am bipolar and if you know what that is you would understand why I buy so much.
Due to bipolar I once bought 3 vehicles in one day. I exchanged a volvo for a red sports car, bought my daughter a sports car and got my day a truck.

I think I'm just about to cross the $500 threshold after 3 weeks of vaping. To be fair though, I have bought a lot of spare parts to last a long time and a bunch of side stuff not really necessary.
First you buy an e-cig kit, then you pick up some carts or juice. After trying it out a few days and liking it, you decide to stock up on extra attys and batteries in case they ban them later. While at the website you notice a new sexy black or platinum model that you talk yourself into because "hey, I can always use it as a spare.. right?" More spare parts for your newest toy, then you find this place and start reading how everyone think their e-cig is the best thing since sliced bread and you start wondering what you're missing....
