How often do you crave a cig?

I still get cravings, as time has past they're less frequent & intense.

I started vaping mid to high 30's mg/ml nic, now mostly 3-4 mg/ml nic.
Never really tried to cut down on the nic, I listen to when my body says 'you're getting too much' or 'your tolerance has reduced' , so I dropped down in 2mg steps.
Some were rapid like from mid/high 30's to 24 was a matter of 2 weeks, 24 to 12 took about a year.
I got 'stuck' on 12 for quite a while, when I got under 12 it seemed to progress downward more quickly.

I figure I smoked for almost 40 years, if it takes equal time for the cravings to completely subside I'm good with that.

I am not one that could even light or take one drag from a cigarette because I know what would happen.
That is my main motivation for not giving in to any craving along the way.

Other folks are different.

Good point! I smoked for 25 years, more than half of my life

I didn't actually answer the question of how often...
It is really weird,,, there are times I go a couple weeks without an intense craving, then there are times Ive gone a couple months with only a few brief slight cravings, then there are times when I get intense cravings several times a day for a week.
Being around smokers doesn't bother me at all one way or the other.

In all seriousness I get on with people your age better, people my age are clueless an imature argh

When I was your age (ugh, did I just say that?[emoji38]), I liked the company of people that were older than me! Still do, although people my age aren't too bad now! So I hear ya!
