Thanks gredie. She is full of water right now seeing if she leaks. So far so good. I used a silicone that cures in 3 hours so its good by now. Ill let the water be in there for another half hour we will see.
Two day update, working like a champ, I got my kanthal 32a1 Friday hadn't checked mail lol built a coil for it and it might be in my head but it performs better. I also shortened the tall posts a little more to my liking it's perfect now.

question for anyone./ when i took my line apart the tubing got kinda screwed up. where can i get tubing this size in a color maybe green red blue yellow even clear. i mesured it and looks like 20 mm but my eyes are getting worse. anyone get an accurate reading please? Taking apart this line i really like it.the size is perfect for me.

In my opinion the kanthal connection to the thread is the weakest feature of the line. Sure it is the simplest, but I see the contact on the low post compromised to often ...
The idea with the body as ground and a fix lower post mechanism is great. Wish I had the skills and means to perform such a mod ...

I used to think the same, but when I learned to bend the silver wire and eliminate the run to the posts I am convinced it is the best connection for a coil.
O_O I really can't understand from that pic what you made!? What is that bulk on the top of the wick? How did you mod it?

The 510 thread got raped by me one of the plastic tubes is still inside , not sure if the 2 silver sticks are ok , dont know if the plexi is good also.
Can these be fixed ?

It can be fixed. Getting the broken connector out may be a problem though. Pop the top, pull the plexi and your insulator out. Then figure out if you can get the pressed 510 connection out from the other side. That last part will be the challenge, and may require tools you just don't have. I can't offer someone else's services, so I would PM a few select people that you know can fix it and ask for help. 3 people come to mind right off. Also, you could contact Del and ask for help.
Jolly i asked if could send directly to croatia but the shipping cost for me will be just too much would be cheaper for me to get a new line hmmm can you tell what you think will be the biggest challenge trying to fix these ?
