yesterday tried to pay what was it $20 or $25 for 1 year as a tiny help for the people who run this forum.

Was several times redirected to paypal. With paypal at least we as attorneys-at-law do not work in Russia!

Neither with ebay. Very bad experiences with fraud.

How to pay ecf by credit card?

Although you're taken to a Paypal page (other than the option for a recurring subscription), you can select to pay by debit or credit card without creating a Paypal account.
