Just thought I'd share this idea that I came up with recently when I ran out of bottles to send AveJuice samples in.
I used a food saver machine with those heavy duty plastic sheeting material and a syringe. After sealing the 3 edges and leaving the 4th side open, I stuck a 1/8th inch piece of paper between the last open side of the plastic material while sealing it up. That will leave a 1/8th inch gap which is used to fill up the liquid using the syringe, after filling you can reseal the whole thing and check for leaks.
When it is done, it should like this and can be sent in a regular letter type envelope using a 45cent stamp.
I fit about 10ml of juice is this tiny bag, just make sure you squish it around to insure everything is properly sealed.
