Just thought I'd share this idea that I came up with recently when I ran out of bottles to send AveJuice samples in.

I used a food saver machine with those heavy duty plastic sheeting material and a syringe. After sealing the 3 edges and leaving the 4th side open, I stuck a 1/8th inch piece of paper between the last open side of the plastic material while sealing it up. That will leave a 1/8th inch gap which is used to fill up the liquid using the syringe, after filling you can reseal the whole thing and check for leaks.

When it is done, it should like this and can be sent in a regular letter type envelope using a 45cent stamp.:) I fit about 10ml of juice is this tiny bag, just make sure you squish it around to insure everything is properly sealed.

I think I have a new bulk order packaging option! JK JK but that is nifty Keith.

Ben, I wouldn't mind if the bulk orders came in one of those I.V. drip bags complete with tubes and valve. That way I could put my blunt 14 gauge needle on it, turn a valve and refill to my hearts content.:D

In Hawaii, those 4" x 8" bubble envelopes cost $1.49, shipping those envelopes cost about $3.00. The 10-15ml bottles are only .25 online but most places like usplastics charge us Hawaii peeps a higher shipping rate making those cheap bottles not so cheap. There were some newbies on Nu-Vapor who needed saving from their crappy juices that I just had to think of a way to get some Boba's to them, the food saver bags were my only option.:p Now all it costs me is 45cents and a trip to the post office.:D

I was thinking the same thing. lol

Next mod we will see is the snorkel connected to a motorcycle battery and one of those old replacement stovetop coils for an atomizer:D
