Surprisingly, this is very easy and I don't know why everyone is panicking.

1. SS mouthpiece - get a few, these will last
2. RBA - all metal w/ metal tank, will last. rebuild with legal materials.
3. Mod - mechanical kicked (expensive but some can seemingly be heirloom quality)
4. juice - all the ingredients are readily availible, you could probably go to a supermarket and a pharmacy at a minimum and make something
5. AW batteries for MM - will not be banned

This poses for a better vape for some and will actually save everyone money in the long run anyways.

There, we survive the ban!

Let me say this slowly,

They
can't
ban
nicotine.

Do you seriously think they're going to ban cigarettes and pipe tobacco and cigars and dip and snuff and..... seriously?

They are going to ban e liquid, which is the equivilent of banning tanks of air and telling you you cant breathe anymore.

Nicotine is used in medical settings for various purposes, and it isnt going anywhere.

Good e liquid has PG/VG, flavoring, and nicotine. None of these can really get banned individually but potentially as a combination.

My list above focuses on the hardware side, which would be the most important part in the long-term as the same level of access would be cut off as we have now.

I don't think it comes down to a question of availibility, I think it mostly comes down to whether or not one is willing to break the law to vape.

i know that some folks are already vaping tinctures instead of traditional ejuice.

i doubt theres much nicotine in it, but a tincture using tobacco leaves, pg, vg, and flavorings is already minorly popular.
some ejuice companies are even selling "steep-it-yourself" tobacco leaves in a bottle, ready to mature. i cant remember who, but maybe someone reading this will. its probably more of a NET effect than a nicotine effect overall.

then again, maybe there is a few mg of nicotine per ml. i think it woudl be worth it to do a test. its possible that all this freaking out (IF youre freeaking out) could easily be put at bay. but i doubt its going to be incredibly simple.

Bill Godshall expressed in a recent interview that while he does not believe our devices will get banned, it is entirely possible. its possible that they could ban all models made after 2007. but its also possible that they could change it and try to ban all devices made after 2013. and he said its also possible that they could not try to ban devices at all. its up to us to fight!
