I wouldn't talk to Deb about building. I talk to Johann about that. He was the one who showed me how to build my first coil. That shop opened in November 2011 and Deb has tried to keep up with the insane pace of mod release but she has others she relies on now for ordering and mod expertise. I don't buy my supplies there, either, but I love hanging out with the folks in there. It's better than Walmart for finding friends I haven't seen in ages, lol. Deb has another shop in Olympia now and that one has a better selection of stuff. Of course, it is in a major city, and she tailors it to what her customers up there are going to be spending. Our shop is mostly for those new to vaping. Deb's dream is to get everyone on the Harbor vaping and eliminate smoking for good! High aspirations, I know, but I 100% admire her for introducing vaping to the Harbor. A whole lot of my friends have stopped smoking and quite a few of us are hardcore vape freaks. It also doesn't help that about the only thing I use that they sell is wire. I can't get juice from them, they don't carry the attys I use, they don't carry cells I trust, and I don't need the mods they carry.
And Deb seems to think everyone who vapes uses cotton. She has no clue about rayon and tried to argue the point with me, but as I can't use cotton wicks I just walked out.
You did a very nice job with it. For a long time I didn't even understand why the vape on most regulated devices seemed flat to me, didn't matter what topper or ohms I would run, I just couldn't enjoy it. So my friends know me as a diehard mech user because I can enjoy the vape from a mech.
Even with the current price point on provari I can't afford to buy a new one, so didn't have any other options. My MVP while a good device doesn't even give me that vape, nor does the istick I have. Both are currently setting gathering dust til I PIF them to someone else.
So when you said the other day about the output on the Disrupter I got my hopes up and I must say I was not disappointed. Now I just need to budget for a couple more cells for it, and already have a 306 on the way to use. It is so nice to get MY vape back.
Ended up in a mtn top...between 2 ski resorts???? So unless im wrong you live up on the western slope, or down near snowshoe. Im over in hardy county near the va lineI lived in Wrangell and Juneau in SE and hubby lived in Anchorage... I refused to move up there so he flew home every couple of weeks. Couldn't handle the winter dark. Ended up here on a mountain top between 2 ski resorts
It's can't see time for me, see you all tomorrow.

I tried really hard. So hopefully 100 names today??? Thats a big big list! I have another busy day planned so i wont be able to hang with you guys today but im pulling for you and early congrats to the winners!!!!
Yep, sounds like Deb! She was pretty overwhelmed when I started asking her about box mods and whatnot a few years ago but I never see her anymore. She just pops in and out. When she first opened she was there all the time. She does have a full time job and 2 shops now, though, so I don't expect her to know everything. I wish she would give Kim more power to order stuff, though. Still, I wouldn't pay shop prices for my gear. I goes onlinezzzz.I hadn't been talking to her, I had been dealing with Johann, and she inserted herself into the conversation. Personally he is the only one in that shop I do talk to when I have gone in, the rest never know what it is I am asking for.
I totally agree! I think I scared my son by starting him off with better gear. He really liked the cigalikes and I tried to convince him to use something he could grow into. Bad move. Good thing I still had some spinners and whatnot lying around, lol.Sounds like a B&M he needs to stay out of. There are many ways to vape, and not everyone likes or should sub-ohm just as not everyone will like carto tanks or cisco attys. None of us find what we prefer though if we only try one thing.
We need options, but they are no good unless people have the chance to try them.

So I have an istick 30 and was thinking of going to the 100. I already have some Samsung 18650's and a charger for them.
Are y'all saying that I would get a better vape off of the disrupter vs the 100w istick?
I really like my 30w so that's why I was thinking of sticking with the same brand. Is there really that much of a difference?
Oh WOW those are beautiful!!!! I love stained glass. I have zero artistic talent. I always did wish I could create something beautiful.I can't draw realistic, always wished I could

I read that post, too, but I wasn't sure if I should believe it or not, lol. I seem to remember it was one of the contestants who said it, and how would they know? Thanks for clearing that up for us, @Innokin_Ash! PS: My daughter's name is Ashleigh and I knew it was originally a boy's name but I just love the name.I am sooo sorry!!! I could have sworn that early on in the contest someone said that Ash stood for Ashley in regards to you.
That is why I thought Ash was short for Ashley.
IMO yes a very big difference.
Doesn't even need to be the Disrupter either, the CoolFire has the same type of output but is a bit smaller device.

Hah, no worries @Amraann & it does. Im from the UK, where it is still used as a male name. I must admit though, it was fun confusing people for a while!

I found out my name is Celtic by origin and feminine at that. After having 2 girls, my mom was dead set on having a boy, she got one and then named me with a girls name....she had no clue till I told her.I can relate!! As you know from sending me my disrupter my name is Stacey. Very much the same insofar as both a male and female name. I am female.
