I tryed not spend any more money, I really did. Walked over to CVS spend another $3.25 on cotton squares for wicking. Now Im not waiting for postal stuff anymore. I'm finding new things to buy local.

I dare not goto the mall.
Now when I go out have to leave credit cards home and take enough money with me I'm willing to give away. This stuff is like being with a pretty woman when she wants something she gets it. I remember the days when I was married, worked hard and I got to keep a few bucks for myself all she had to do was smile and smell nice I went  crazy it was like I lost part of my brain. Just like vaping stuff no control what so every. I guess I'm so happy not to smoking anlogs that spending money sounds like a good idea.

I know it's like that for a lot of people how do you use cotton sqares for wicking?

Some of us Harley riders like to say HD doesn't stand for Harley Davidson, it stands for Hundred Dollars. So here I am, all in on another hundred dollar hobby. In just over two weeks of vaping, I've been a real "bull in a china shop" to the tune of many, many hundreds of dollars. I think many guys would be happy with a good two unit starter pac and be content for many many months. But oh no, not me! I just got done placing my second hundred and something dollar order from Vapor Phoenix, I've had 3 or 4 hundred plus purchases from the CigNot retail store near me, another hundred or so to various juice suppliers, and another hundred plus to Wizard Labs for DIY supplies. Something fishy here, I thought this was supposed to cost less than real cigs!

Ah, but there's good news! I've done a good job stocking up on all the hardware. A whole bunch of batteries, tips, tanks, clearo's, carto's, and spare parts. Enough DIY juice supplies to mix my own for many, many months. I think I'm at the point I won't need to spend another dime for most of 2013, so the savings will eventually come.

The only challenge will be fighting the urge to step up to a badaxe APV/Mod kit!

Must be strong....................................

hahaha I know what you mean! I keep blowing money too. I've got a different bike of choice but it's still a starter set when you get it and the modifications just keep adding up. Just like this hobby in many ways. I'm glad these things don't go through tires like the motorcycle does

I have a habit of going a little overboard on new things...

I have spent a bit north of $1000 in the time I have been vaping. About $300 of that isn't in the time frame of my sig, that timer started when I smoked my last cig, not when I was using an ecig to only stop smoking in my car. I should break even in about 6 months now that I have the hardware I like (still have to buy a few tanks as I bounce flavors quite bit yet...).

Once I hit the "consumables only" phase, I expect to start really saving (at least that's what I keep telling myself...).

it's funny how when I smoked, I smoked the same brand for years. now that I vape I can't stick with just 1 thing.

Truer words have never been spoken.

I'm constantly changing juices to a fault. I have a case full of juice, half of which I don't even vape anymore. I will eventually, but there's so many different juices out there... gotta try em all!

I keep telling myself I'm saving money by vapeing...of course my wife keeps explaining that since I'm saving so much money by ordering all the new toys...we should also save money by going out to dinner. For me when I see a new mod or other shiny toy on a suppliers web site I just accept that for me Vapeing means.

This is the last money I'm spending, turning this into a mod so I can vape in public. All I have to do is talk to myself like everyone else and puff away. Just kidding.

You could build a model like he hat with two beer cans on his head with straws coming down. Put a mod on each side of your head. You can get a remote or have one built in the tube to turn on the mod with your teeth by biting down before you vape. Heck that would be cool around the house.. In the bathtub, in the car...
