WoW !! Ya'll have me really excited about this Hussar (CopperVape from FT). I'll be digging into mine later today and prolly be posting about it tonight. So far, from what I am reading here, this has potential to be a good one, FINALLY !! So many of these MTL rta's have good hype, but when actual users, and not reviewers, get them into their hands, they are a FAIL. This sounds promising though, as evidenced by the postings of Nailz and others. I'm AMP'd. Catch Ya'll Later, and Thanks.

The 1.3 air reducer and nano kit is what made me throw down in it.

Take a look here, this is where many people are made a mistake wicking hussar (including me) . Many people packing cotton and covered all wicking slot. I do that too and it make a dry hit or muted flavor. The most effective wicking from my opinion is right there. The wick is just covered the juice channel and not all deck, so when the coil are heaten the juice directly inject the wick so the wick will stay wet and produce a great flavor. Really worth to try :)

How do you get your wick to stay where you want it to stay? Do you trim the tails into a V the way I've seen P. Busardo do?

Finally able to post, I've been away since Friday, and of course my Coppervape Hussar from FT arrived on Saturday . I am wicking like @rifky and seem to get a pretty good moist vape out of it. I made a 3mm NiCr coil and wicked with KGD and am getting a real nice TC vape. One thing I noticed when I initially took my Hussar apart is that on the positive post, just under the 510 screw, the post has a sprew point (looks like a forging sprew tit) in the center, barely noticeable, and when screwing down the 510 screw that sprew point is the only contact between the center post and the 510 (not counting the threads themselves that is). So, I filed it down so the post is flat and smooth and in full contact with the 510 screw, my thinking is that left with only the sprew point to contact the 510 screw that it would be a bad connection for TC, so I filed it down flat. Anyway, here's some pic's of my setup.

The last pic is of a KFv4 drip tip, seems to look/work pretty good. I seem to have the hardest time shooting a straight pic these days, sorry about that, I will try harder next time though.

Increase flavor with micro tank. The setup is now completed :) Tips: change the o ring for easy juice control movement.
Looks good, so smaller chamber/tank in your opinion increased flavor? Are you also using 1.3 airhole?

I"m hoping for a KFL type of draw and flavor.

I have a spaced 3mm NiCr coil in mine and had no problems fitting it in there, so any coil up to 3mm (spaced or contact) should work out fine for ya.

Edit: I'm talking about 28g and smaller wire (even 30g twisted will work out good), not the bigger stuff like 26g and thicker.
