I doubt theres been scientific studies of this, but ive notices that when i went off vaping for a little bit and started smoking tabacco, my craving for a cigerrette increased daily, but when i vape i can vape at 3mg for like twenty hits a day and feel okay and not get ancious about when my next hits going to be, and if i cant vape for a day or two, its no big deal, but with tabacco its a totally different monster.

Tabacco is far more dangerous than any kind of vaping could be and far more addictive, id always prefer a vape.

I'm in the "gotta be less harmful than cigs, but probably has some long-term health impact" camp. As far as how sever of an impact, can't say. Might be on part with drinking soda long term, might be worse, might be better. If I'm not mistaken, there seems to be a connection to nicotine and heart disease :|

Long term Soda drinking is devastating , never knew that until i saw my Aunt's health go from decent to as bad as it gets on a mostly soda diet .

The hypothetical question actually grounded in science: What if vaping a bit of PG and nicotine are shown to be more beneficial than breathing plain air?

As PG is antimicrobial and may help with germs while nicotine may very well help with Alzheimers and Parkinsons, this is in my opinion the more likely possibility.

I'd like that as well, but we need MOAR SCIENCE. Seriously, that would a fantastic finding but it won't ever be found until we look for it.

That's true. Addiction from tobacco smoke is far more greater than from vaping... I see on myself everyday. Now I can drink a beer without PV in my hands... That was impossible without cigarette... Literaly impossible... I can sit in the office for 2 hours without craving a vape... When i smoked i craved for cigarette every 45 minutes and I was anxious if I was unable to smoke... Not so much with vaping... That's good. :pervy:

I trust you because I am the same. I worry for unimportant things and for things which are not needed to be worried about...

Ha ha ha , even when everyone tells us there is absolutely nothing to worry about we worry , man life's rough , going to lie down now.

Interesting you mentioned that , i have said from the beginning that if it weren't for the " appearance of vapor looking identical to smoke) vaping would be much more widely accepted .

I would have no problem and actually prefer they didn't admit any vapor at all as long as they worked the same , many people seem to be fascinated with the appearance of smoke though and seem to need to see vapor to convince themselves the e cig is working .

I don't understand it but whatever.

I believe there was a study done that concluded exhale from vape being equal to.......AIR! If so, I'll give up my visible vape exhale when they come up with a way to eliminate normal exhale on a cold winter day. Rather amazing that two people walking down the street, both with a visible exhale, and one is looked down upon just because of having an item in his/her hand. How are the do-gooders going do deal with it were vaping ever deemed to be a health benefit?

I doubt it... But I can't be 100% sure - of course.

What if...?

Well, in that case I'd have to admit I'd made a mistake and quit vaping. I quit smoking for health concerns, so what else? It would be a shame though... And the irrational anti-vaping squad would be justified. Double shame.
