Its that you naturally wind up weaning yourself off nicotine. Its not a maybe, or a could be, its a natural, if not unstoppable, progression.
When I first started vaping, I vaped allot of 36 mg nic. I used it in the Protank and a Kayfun, and it kept the boogeyman at bay.
A few months in a started using a dripper at .4 ohms and still used the 36mg nic, and loved it, this was about between 2 and 5 months of being tobacco free.
At about 5 months I bought a fogger and was still using the 36 mg, but not as much, I stopped buying the 36 at about 5.5 months and started buying 24mg from then on due to a number of reasons, but none of them came about due to wanting to cut the nic down, it was economics mostly. But it really did`nt affect my vaping experience, I did not notice so much except I knew I was saving money by going with 24mg.
IN the last month, Iv started making my own juice. I immediately started out making some 30mg (it makes the mixing numbers easy with such an odd ratio, LOL), and while I like it, I`m not vaping it the way I would have early on in the journey. IN fact, Iv only got one juice I`m making at 30 and the rest mostly are 25, but there are a two deserts that are 20 and 15, cheery, and cheese cake respectfully.
NOW, whilst vaping the 30mg cowboy killer last night, I decided it was time to step that down to 25 as with the rest, Iv got one bottle of 30mg and it may last a while the way I feel about it now. I liked it, the rush was good. But it started to turn my stomach much sooner then it would have 3 months ago, and now I can see the writing on the wall so to say. I think one of the reasons is of course better delivery of the nic. Im no longer using the protank, Im mostly using the fogger, an orchid, and a number of drippers, most at about half ohm resistance. So the atomization of the juice (and consequently the nic) is a night and day difference compared to the old protank, so I think this has much to do with it. But now I`m naturally going for more flavor instead of trying to get a good nic fix. And I`m happy with it, totally Vape Happy with what I`m doing at this point.
So, to get me back to my original hypothesis, Its my firm belief now, that Big Tobacco knows this will happen! They have been researching people and their addictions far longer then anyone will admit, they have put the foot work into knowing what the psychology of their customer base is. And now not only do they fear what the natural progression of vaping is, I believe they KNOW IT to a FACT. They KNOW IT WORKS as a cessation aid, and they fear it because they have absolutely NO back up business plan.
