Sarah - I smoked a pack a day for 40 years. I finally stopped recently. It took me more than 6 months from when I picked up my first Evod, the same thing you've got I think. Don't give up on it because it doesn't happen right away. I cut down to half a pack and eventually only 2 or 3 a day and they started to taste nasty. I would light one up and throw it away half smoked so I could go back inside and have a nice vape. From what I've read here a lot of people go that way. Try vaping instead of smoking just in the evening or whatever is easiest for you. For me it got progressively easier as I picked up fancier vaping equipment. Don't set goals, just let it happen.
With what you've got it sometimes won't give you enough of what you need. A good next step for you would be a better tank, like a Kanger Protank. Not too expensive and gives you a more reliable lungful. A battery with adjustable power is good too, I got a Vision Spinner, again not expensive. The goal is to get to where you can crank it up a bit and get a really good blast of nicotine when you need it. And get some juice with high nicotine level, like 2.4.
I didn't finally quit until after I got a Sigelei, which has more power. A bit pricey but when it gets difficult I can give myself a blast of nicotine that will put the cravings to sleep.
One more thing. Get plenty of replacement coils. When a coil gets old it starts to produce less and less vapor, and if you aren't used to it all you notice is that it feels less and less satisfying. Better to throw away a few half used coils than to give up on vaping. They aren't expensive.
Good luck
