ummm why complain about the most expensive juice, where there are less expensive ones as well?

Its a chance everyone takes when trying juices.....if you dont like them, yo ucould trade them off

Also you could of been more nice about it, like how bout asking, "are you guys going to roll out some sampler packs so we can try the new juices? i would really like to try them but my funds are low to buy a full bottle with a chance i do not like it"

If you look ,there are constant sales .V4L is very generous with the sales ,more then anyone i've ever dealt with. Its made in USA of high quality ingredients so of course it costs more ,like clothes from macys vs.target .We also have a swap thread ! Or go in with a friend and pay 1/2 and split the bottle .
Its your choice as to what you want to pay but you'll get more flies with honey the with this post.

Great to hear about the sample packs. I was very interested in new flavors from you guys, but the cost/amt bummed me out. I don't have the space for another 30mL of juice I don't care for. But samples? yes!

Sorry if I ruined anyone's happy-times. Im a bit to frank for some people, but have never gotten much from beating around the bush. After the third person complained to me about the cost of these juices putting them off, I figure someone ought to say something. I did- now I gots an answer- WOOT!

I am a LONG time V4L customer, and have plenty of juice-buying experience. So. no worries there.

But whats up with the price???
and no samples?

Here's a listing of prices of very popular USA made juice companies, compared to new V4L USA made juice. I've left out the names of the companies so that nobody thinks that I'm promoting other business in this subforum.

USA juice vendor #1 - $15.30 per 30ml (does not do blanket discounts). After 2+ years open, finally decided to start doing sample sizes.
USA juice vendor #2 - $16.50 per 30ml (does not do discounts). 10ml is smallest "sample size".
USA juice vendor #3 - $19.99 per 30ml (does not do discounts). 7ml size is $5.99!
USA juice vendor #4 - $21.99 per 30ml (very rarely does discounts of 10%). 6ml size is $4.99!
V4L USA made juice - $19.95 per 30ml (almost ALWAYS has at least a 20%+ discount). Less than a month after release, already have sample sizes in the works. After only a 20% discount, price comes out to $15.96 per 30ml (2nd cheapest regular option)

I am pretty sure the post cards cost more than a free sample in the mail.

I love to order new juice, but these are not in my budget for mystery juices. What the marketing hell??

Postage Price Calculator

According to USPS site, cost of each postcard is .29.

Using bubble mailers, I've gotten bottles from friends for as low as $1.18.

I seriously doubt the post cards cost more than sending sample bottles would have.

Maybe next time you should think about what you are going to say before you stick your foot in your mouth and make judgements about something you obviously know very little about.

PS: By the way, I'm just being frank about it, seeing as there is little point in beating around the bush.

If you pay a little attention to v4l on here or on facebook, you can normally end up with 25-30% off. I've not tried the new flavors yet, but all v4l products require a bit of math to figure out actual costs. It's just part of their marketing and the way they do business. Their regular non-USA juice is very reasonably priced for people on a budget.

I appreciate people who dont "beat around the bush". and the "what the marketing hell?" made me giggle.

But like Wade said, its just a logistics thing right now to do the sampler bottles. But there are plenty of reviews done by the peeps that tried out the juices here. So you can read those and see if anything jumps out at you and then buy it using a sweet discount. I hope that since you're a long time v4l user that you use their coupons! its one of the best parts of buying from them.
Thanks for doing that comparison Darrigaaz. I was curious about that.
The only other juice I buy is $20.75 for 30mL and maybe 10% off. So I figure spending around 15 bucks after a good sale wasnt bad at all for these juices. and hey guess what? they taste really good. So I think they are priced fairly. But ya normally I'd be hesitant to buy something I had never tried before. But luckily people make a lot of good reviews in this forum. So I hope you'll decide to try one of the new juices! :)

I am not agreeing or defending anyone; however any discount you get from V4L is made up on their shipping charges. And I still like some of their liquids.

NO its not ...if you wait and place a larger order to save shipping costs ,then you are ordering less often ..i.e. do a 60.00 order instead of 2 30.00 orders .More then one sale has given me equal to a free battery and last order i basically got 2 30 ml bottles for free .You gotta know how to work it anywhere .I dont understand complaining because if i dont want to pay 60.00 for a pair of gap jeans ,i just dont go .....
