I keep a debit card dedicated for online purchases. There is usually little or no money in that account for this very reason. I got hit bad almost 20 years ago - the bank was no help, and I never found out who the culprit was.
I just got a fraud charge on my CC also. I know it's related to an E-cig vendor but not sure which one because I placed orders with several different sellers. Now I'm nervous and unsure how to proceed with future orders. The disposable CC's mentioned sound like a good idea but where do I get one? Paypal would probably be an option too but it sounds like only a few vendors accept it. I'm thinking of just placing phone orders.
Obviously, this could get expensive over the long term, and I am still exploring lower priced options (and they are out there), but at the time I really needed to place a juice order so I went with what was available.

I picked up an American Express card at Target, they have various denominations available, $100, $50, and $25 (I think, might have been $20). The fee for the card is paid at the time of purchase, $6 on the 100 dollar card, and $5 on the 50, I didn't check the fee on the lower priced card.
