I know others have stated where you can get Volcano Cartos and use on the Blu, but neither site shows what their Ohms are on them. If I'm wanting to buy like a Boge Carto which ohms would be closest to like a Blu or a Volcano Carto? I will be using them both on the ProVari and the Blu Premium 100 batteries

BTW putting the ProVari on 3.7v and hitting the Blu carto is damn near the same as hitting it off the Blu premium 100 battery. I was reluctant to send the Blu back but I'm now keeping it for out and about and/or backup use!! I was surprised.

If you bump the Provari up to 4.7 volts youre going to see a dramatic increase in flavor.I usually use 1.7ohms and 3.7 seems to be the sweet spot for most flavor and vapor production. Thats why your arent seeing that much of a difference between the Blue and Provari, youre actually running them at the same voltage.

Let me know how it works for ya, running it like that will go thru batteries fast. thats why I use lower ohms.

I think a 2.5ohm carto would work perfect- would work great on the Blu, and give you a wide range of adjustment for the ProVari.

I understand I'm using them at the same voltage. I guess I was expecting the blu to be a lesser unit. When I turn the Blu cartos up to anything above 3.9-4.0V I get a burnt taste. So I'm keeping it at 3.7 for them.

So is this something I should just get 2 seperate Ohm cartos? One set for the Blu and one set for the Provari. I will mainly be using tanks/ Vivi Nova's on the ProVari anyways just figured if I'm going to buy Cartos I could get something that would work on both. I was just playing around since I dont have my Vivi Novas yet and my ProVari came in the mail so only thing I have is the Blu cartos right now.

No, actually 2.5 to 3.0 ohm is great for both of them. The beauty of a variable volt battery like your Provari is that you can use the higher ohm equipment and have a greater range of options with heat, using them. 1.7 ohm cartos are generally used on the plain EGO's to compensate toward warmer vaping. Using the higher ohm and adjusting your variable voltage actually is easier on your battery charge.

Wrong! Using higher ohms requires more voltage, using lower resistance atties requires less voltage going through your Provari and that extends battery life.Ive also never heard of 1.7 ohm cartos damaging a battery before.If anything it would fry the atty first. You have it backwards my friend.

Let me see if I can explain it better for you.....1.7ohm cart usually runs really well at 3.7 volts, thats the sweet spot for a lot of people. 2ohm or 3ohm cartos require you to bump the voltage up to get the same flavor so now youre running a Provari at 4volts and 5volts respectively and this drains the battery faster. At 3ohms on a Blue thats only running 3.7 volts to begin with youre barely getting any power to the cartomizer so flavor and vapor production are going to suffer a lot.

I've still got a Blu as a backup device or for when it has to be low-key. I get blank cartos from LiteCigUSA, look for Low Resistance 306 cartomizers (they were about 2 to 2.2ohm) from them and they were far better than the Blu's.

There are also a few places that sell prefilled Blu compatible cartos. I want to say Sidesho, Starfire, Volcano, EliquidDepot. Blu is an L88b model, you can google that.

Though you can use them on a 510/Provari in a pinch, don't hamstring yourself like that. Your Provari deserves better. :)

Uhm. Wrong. Amps determine how fast your battery drains.

watt = (volts * volts) / ohms
amps = watts / volts

(3.7 * 3.7) / 1.7 = 8.05 / 3.7 = 2.18 amps

(4.0 * 4.0) / 2.0 = 8.0 / 4.0 = 2.0 amps

The first one drains the battery faster.

You beat me to it- I feel the need to say something, not to be a .... but to make sure people aren't giving/getting misinformation.

That's good! Misinformation in part of the reason the FDA hates e-cigs/PV's (and because Big Tobacco and Big Pharm companies put money in their pockets)

PS:I like your "jager bombs" LOL
