Hey Steve,
Is this device even patented? I've searched for a patent for this device online, and couldn't find one. Usually, manufactured devices made here in the USA are covered under some sort of patent. Someone could easily reverse engineer the device and mass produce it in China, those fabrication plants there can retool in a manner of
days. Surely you'd want to patent the Prodigy so that it can't be legally copied?
Is the
entire Prodigy actually crafted here in the USA? If so, is there anyway to get a few pictures of the manufacturing plant? How about a photo of the actual device with some smiling Americans on the factory floor? On your site, it says all parts were
tested here in the USA, yet no real photos, not even on your site? If not all of it is actually
fabricated here in the USA, how much of it is manufactured and tooled in China?
Being as this is the very first "USA Made" device, I'd think you guys would be eager to show it off.
I may sound skeptical, but that is because I am. At that hefty a price I'd think there would be a few credibility boosters in your marketing plan.
Will it say "Proudly Made in the USA" right on the device like most American Made products?
One final question, when is the LED flashlight top coming out for it? Seems it'd be pretty easy to make that an accessory.
