Good videos!

I have a question, though...

When refilling the kr808 cartomizers, you said you can do it from the battery end of the cartomizer, therefore not having to worry about getting the cap off of the other end.

Can you do it that way if you have an automatic battery?

Just thinking about the juice getting in the battery, is all.

I would imagine that, as long as juice isn't dripping out the bottom, it'd be no different than filling it from the top. The problem with automatics is over-filling, not the particular filling method. Try filling one from the battery end, then stand it upright and see if it leaks :) If you stand it up on a paper towel and see no leakage after 15 minutes or so, then it should be fine. And get some manual batteries, lol.

Getting confused regarding the DYI thing, MN. I was under the impression that the nicotine solution was separate and apart from the PG and/or VG. I've looked at a couple of places for the nicotine (FreedomSmokeUSA & One Stop DIY Shop), and both ask me to specify what PG/VG mix I need. Hence my confusion. What am I missing?

Nic base has PG/VG in it. If it was just pure nicotine, you'd need a full bio-hazard suit to handle it. And you use plain PG/VG to dilute it further, to desired strength.

Oh...but why do they claim the stuff is "99.998% Pure Nicotine"?

The nicotine itself is apparently that pure before they dilute it with PG and/or VG. Kind of like how the PG, VG, flavoring, and sometimes nicotine can be FDA approved, but the e-liquid mixture never is.

For the rest of you with DIY questions, feel free to ask in the DIY forum. I'm sure MN has her hands full already.

They kick ..., don't they. I think they're my most valuable possession, besides juice. And rubber bands.

I don't really use rubber bands, what do you do with them? Tweezers are indeed great, though I never used one until I bought an e-cig.

I think the main reason most of us hate Dekang is the chemical taste it has. Bad juice can turn away people new to vaping because they may think it's the way all juices taste. If you want 0 nic juice so you can mix down higher nic mgs. check out DAT's. They sell 30 mls of 0 nic for $3.50 up to 120 mls for $12.50. Also when you take into consideration the flat $5 dollar shipping rate, FreedomSmokeUSA is truly inexpensive for 5 mls.

I'd also keep an eye out in the Deals and Steals thread in the PIF social group.

Would 'zero 0 nic juice' be the same as PV or VG?

Hmmm. Before I saw your video today, I had ordered some 36mg Nic from FlavorArt. They didnt ask me for pg/vg. They had 3 different types: Trad, velvet cloud, and Ice blade.
It took me forever to find on their website the diff. I Ordered Ice Blade because my aunt does not like sweet stuff.

Traditional - Made with PG 50% + 40% VG and 10% deionized water. It is a good combination of vapure, fullness, sweetness.

Velvet cloud - 80% VG + 20% deionized water. Sweeter than all others, more vapure, more full on inhaling.

Ice blade - 90% PG + 10% deionized water. More dry and with less vapure than all the others.

Hello, everyone.

I'm glad I've gotten so many of you interested in vaping. And I hope this doesn't come off the wrong way.

But I'm only one person. If you have questions, please post them in the New Members area, or whatever the appropriate forum for your question is. Or, use the Search function.

I simply don't have enough eyes or time to be a self-sufficient newbie help line for hundreds of people. And your questions will get lost in this thread. You are more likely to get an answer in a timely fashion by posting a thread, or using the search function.
