As the title says, I need a low-cost solution for making this thing a better e-cig.
Lately I started coughing up a lot of phlegm because I've been smoking a lot more then I used to. I've been out of work for a couple of months due to a spinal injury and because I'm bored at home all day I've been smoking a lot, almost two packs a day without even realizing it.
So when I was first introduced to e-cigs by a Smoking Everywhere kiosk at the mall, I knew that I had to get this thing to save my lungs, because I couldn't really cut down on the analogs much no matter how hard I tried. I got home and thought it over, and with the little free money I did have available, I bought a Smoking Everywhere starter kit online, as well as a bunch of the Smoking Everywhere cartridges. And then when I started checking out this site I saw that I had been way overcharged, and for a lousy model at that.
Well I finally got it and after trying it out it functioned so poorly that I didn't feel like I was smoking at all, and I was straight back to where I started in smoking my analogs. The vapor production is very poor, and you have to draw very hard to get any vapor at all. The whole thing feels more like a chore then it feels like smoking.
Is there anyway I can get some better function out of it until I can get a nice one when I'm able to go back to work? I realize that there is a modding sub-forum but the solutions to this could very likely be things other then modifying the actual e-cig.
Perhaps some kind of cheap and easy device I could make that would draw the smoke for me so I can take a full hit at once with an easier draw?
A brand of eliquid that produces more vapor or denser vapor, therefore making me have to draw less for the same amount of vapor?
Something I could add to the eliquid to make it produce more vapor, like by thinning it down somehow?
Or some kind of very simple/basic modification to the device?
Someone that would be willing to donate a compatible atomizer that I could replace the original one with?
Any ideas would be appreciated. I really need to turn this thing into a better performing e-cig, otherwise I'm going to end up in the hospital because of my own lack of willpower and poor choice in product.
