    All I can say is VERY well done..That takes real determination and a serious desire to improve your life.

    i've only been off the cigs for just over a month and am still at 18mg, but I still look forward to the day that I can quit completely

    All the best

    U know it is definitely a slippery slope.
    What I am about to type is directed to the overall energy
    and madness in this country.
    If you stand for stuff such as this;
    then don't gripe about the NSA snooping around
    in our emails phone calls and text messages.
    When government passes any laws that is an intrusion
    on our personal freedoms.
    Business govt and corporations have gone mad.
    We have or maybe the world has turned into a buch of mindless
    sissies. The masses should be dictating to the few.

    To the OP congrats on you going vape free. I just started vaping to give up the stinkies.
    Maybe someday, but now not picking up an analog is of utmost importance....

    Congrats on quitting!

    There is nothing like total freedom, i.e not having to fiddle with or buy cigs OR vape stuff.

    I kinda dislike when I have to leave town and "pack" all this extra stuff. Just less to worry about being free of it all, if and when you are ready or want to go in that direction.
