After a nice member here recommended talking to IBTanked about customizing a tank to match my Zombie Provari, I thought I would give it a try. The extra painting process added about five days, but in the end, I think it was worth it.

I present my Provari Zombie Edition with a zombified IBTanked in Toxic Green and blood splatters, and a custom green and red pyrex drip tip from theecig.com

I really want to try cartos and you guys seem to love IBT but i wish they had a cap to fill their tanks like Kirs or the SNP.

Honestly, I never saw the need for that. If you have the tank filling tool they sell it's easy to fill. Insert the tool into the carto like a driptip, and push it like halfway down. I just use the standard dripper bottle, and drip along the fill tool. Takes like 30 seconds to refill.

I don't have the SnP, but I've got a couple from Kir Fanis. And I've only used the little fill hole a few times.
Here's what I do - I push the carto down with a "fill tool" (which is a long, thin at the top drip tip).
I carefully pour juice into the gap I have between the thin part of the drip tip and the edges of the hole.
I push the carto back.
Done.

To use that little fill hole, you need a bottle with a NEEDLE tip. Not just thin - a NEEDLE.
While to fill around the skinny-drip-tip, I've found I don't really even need to get anything in there - I fill right from a regular juice bottle.

I do still love those KirF tanks though, and kind of want an SnP.
:)

The feature I like the least about my KirF PS tank is the top fill screw. I drive it with a Sophia, because of it's length above the top cap with the screw located so close to it, it is a RPITA to get the screw out or in, close the Sophia and use a blunt tip needle to fill it fairly slowly via it since there is no place for the air to vent except around the needle. Way easier to just use one of my carto tank fill tools (like Train). While I still have not been able to find a couple in stock yet (on wait list), I'm thinking the 23mm SnP tanks are going to win out over the KirF's for my Sophia's.

I'll keep an eye out for your Prive Special in the classifieds.
LOL
There are some drip tips you can't use because the fill-hole-screw gets in the way - but I still want one more KirF - Privadero probably.

Nice!! I like the zombified look.

Yeah I actually wated 2 Privadero's too but they were out of stock. Any more KirF's are on hold for now until I get/try SnP and some other tanks. My track record hasn't been great so far with the carto tanks and carto's. The carto's are all out for sure, the Sophia's are in. Only the Sophia Slim Tank Pro is 100% with no issues (other than size). I get around the issues with the KirF PS so it will stay in service for now for the liquids it's tank can do. Won't be anymore IBT's or Phiniacs around here though. I'm still looking for other quality "glass" tanks that match the profile of the ProVari's. Lolipop and any more slim tanks don't interest me. Might even switch gears and just get enough tanks for the Sophia's I already have, add more Kayfun's, eBaron's or other rebuildable somethings. Part of the fun is the hunt... seek and stalk and try. ;)

My Sophia and Slim Tank Pro should arrive today, from Greece...I am excited. There are a ton of tanks you could try though. Ever look at the scuba?

Seen these?
Just cause it's glass, and Pro-styled...
I got one, and it's a cool look. And the o-ring/carto fit is LOOSER than any of my KirF's - might be good for a Sophia?
I've stopped using the ring with it - looks good and airflow's better without it.

Did look at the Scuba... but I want glass tanks.

Posted this in a different thread, but thought I would post here to show you. Saw this at Bull Box Mods and thought it was perfect for the Zombie edition. I don't have a Zombie--but this made me almost want to order one!
