Thing is cheapest ultrasonic cleaner seems to be >200 where I'm from...but the vibrator I made by myself costed me about 5 lol so will this vibrator have any affect on the steeping time?
If I can't get a hold of an ultrasonic cleaner, will a regular vibator work? for steeping...

If nothing else it will save you the trouble of having to shake it up real good. The frequency used in an ultrasonic are typically much higher than your vibrator. I doubt it will be anywhere near as efficient, with regards to the steeping thing that is.
You may be able to pick one up off ebay for less than 200, sometimes that's a roll of the dice but you may get lucky.

Since the main goal seems to be making the molecules move around that may do the trick. I'd also do a couple of warm water baths either before or after you give it a good buzz.
We're still talking about steeping ejuice right? lol You might be on to something with the $5 vibrator though.
Amazon has quit a few Ultrasonic cleaners for cheap. But finding one with more than an 8min run time may be an issue. They have personal massagers in your price range, as well.
