I hear ya, but isn't vaping a constitutional right insofar as it's left to the states unless addressed otherwise in the Constitution?
I don't think they have paid much attention at all to the Constitution for a number of years.

That could be one of the reasons why this country is so screwed up.I don't think they have paid much attention at all to the Constitution for a number of years.
The time when this thread stopped being of interest was when the FDAWow, I've just read a lot of this thread and I can't believe it started in Jan 2009 and is still active and alive! I think that's not long after ECF was started? I did not read every post but get the feeling there have only been short periods of time when this topic was not a significant issue for vapers.
Me, I'm gonna do some stockpiling...spare batteries, parts, and some nicotine for sure which I understand has a very long shelf life. I haven't started making my own liquids yet, but plan to. I'm still easing into this thing, only started a couple weeks ago. I have learned I'm not crazy about sweet or fruity flavors, and tend to like the tobacco tastes. I've been an herbalist for 40 years so I'm pretty sure I could make my own tobacco juice in a pinch.
Thats cool, you will be able to help the people here with your knowledge when the regulations come down.
If they banned the e-liquid, wouldn't that make nicotine a controlled substance? Than being the case of cigarettes, you would have to get a prescription?
Then wouldn't they have to go back to also requiring a prescription for patches and gum?
For very good reasons !!yeah nicotine is already flying off the shelves
