If we're pushed underground by the FDA, what then?

I did some reading on the FDA website today. In one section of court papers they claim that they are not seeking an import ban at this time. It also said that they may seek to regulate labeling and marketing as they do with other tobacco products. I could live with that.

They say that they welcome feedback on their site.

That's what they should've done from the beginning. Besides of wasting our tax dollars on court battles and all that other BS, they should just regulate it and go after bigger issues(haha, yeah right).

Unless the FDA somehow got some hardcore evidence saying e-fags are bad for us and/or they're bribing the judge, I don't really see anything happening.

i hate to say this but if the big tobacco companies jump on board with ecigs im 99 percent sure that the fda would change there views

I can make my own mods and I'm stocking parts. I can make my own juice so no worries there. I'm trying to learm how to make automizers then I'll be all set if I can do that. I won't go back to smoking.

I looked into making my own atomizers. Mostly because i was going threw them like crazy. You can get nichrome wire on ebay for 8 bucks shipped that will make 360+ atties. 1 inch of 38ga bare Nichrome will give you a atty of roughly 3.5 ohm's. They use a bit more then 3/4 of a inch of wire in most of the atties i have taken apart. That will get you in the ball park of what most Reg atties are. If you want to make you some low resistance ones go with the 36 gauge wire that will give you 2.1 ohms per a inch of wire. Anyways that is as far as i got i decided it was easier to just buy them.
